Northern Kentucky University is seeking a general contractor for the renovation and expansion of its Civic Center building in Highland Heights, Kentucky. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full renovation of the existing 19,073-square-foot, two-level Civic Center building and the construction of a new 6,025-square-foot, two-level addition. The renovated facility will house the Northern Kentucky Medical Examiner's office and the Northern Kentucky Crime Lab, with the $22.8 million project managed in coordination with the City of Highland Heights (the building owner), the Kentucky Justice Cabinet, and other state agencies.

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Campus Facilities Master Plan for its campus in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The selected consultant will analyze existing facilities, assess current and future space needs, and produce a strategic long-range plan to guide capital investments and facility improvements.
