Renovating the façade at University Towers student housing building and will be making repairs to brick façade during the summers of 2026, 2027, and 2028. Work will include erection of scaffolding around the building perimeter in preparation for exterior building envelope repairs. Each Summer will include erection and dismantling scaffolding sections per a phased logistics plan. Also included are sitework renovations to the surface lot and underground storm water piping. Interior renovations include interior patching and painting of walls and ceilings as well.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Adding new surveillance cameras and associated system throughout the interior public area, at exterior entrances and on the Southeast and Northeast corners of the roof at ExtraMile Arena on Boise State University Campus.
