The work comprises General Construction ($16M-$17M), HVAC ($2M-$3M), Plumbing ($4M-$5M), and Electrical ($3M-$4M) construction with a project duration of 639 calendar days. Bids must be submitted by August 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM, following a pre-bid conference on August 13, 2026.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is soliciting proposals for the 'Construct ERHM (Electronic Health Record Modernization) Infrastructure Upgrades' project at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) University Drive campus in Pittsburgh, PA. The scope covers construction across multiple existing buildings (Buildings 1, 5, 8, 29, 30, 33, and site areas) to support the new EHRM system, including approximately 3,030 SF of renovated existing space and an 11,600 SF new tower addition, along with telecom/telecom closet reconfigurations, walls, doors, finishes, and supporting utility work. Award will be made as a single Firm-Fixed-Price design-bid-build contract under FAR Part 15 using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, with a 730-calendar-day period of performance from Notice to Proceed; the solicitation is unrestricted with no set-aside.

The University of Waterloo is soliciting bids for the CMH Kitchen HVAC Replacement project (WR 52794) located at Claudette Millar Hall on its campus. The Work generally consists of replacing two existing rooftop units that provide tempered supply air and exhaust air for the kitchen hoods with two new makeup air handling units and two new exhaust fans, and replacing the existing Spring Air kitchen control panels and integrating the new equipment into the control system. Bidders must be on a Vendor of Record list for a post-secondary institution or publicly funded school board for projects over $0.5M in construction value, submit CCDC 11-2016 with three comparable projects, and provide WSIB Workplace Injury Summary Report for the last five years.

The University of Iowa has an estimated need of 32 Petabytes with planned expansion, Iowa State University has approximately 12PB in current use with a minimum 2PB purchase per year, and the University of Northern Iowa is interested in proposed solutions. Suppliers must be in business continuously for at least three years, provide financial statements, supply new and unused equipment, and submit proposals either through cost-plus or discount-off-list pricing structures.

The selected CMAR will manage scheduling, budgeting, quality control and must have experience in utility plant and infrastructure upgrades; the project value is listed at about $13,570,000. The University of Iowa (on behalf of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics) is soliciting proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide Vascular Closure Devices that meet or exceed detailed specifications for the University's healthcare operations. The RFP includes price-renewal terms tied to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI-W for Houston, TX, and the contract award is intended for multi-year service with potential CPI-based annual adjustments. This is a procurement bid for medical devices — not a grant program.

Indiana University is soliciting proposals for a Strategic Commercial and Charter Air Partner to provide commercial passenger air services and charter flights for students, faculty, staff, athletic teams, and executive leadership. The university expects a five-year agreement that includes competitive airfare pricing, flexible fare rules, dedicated account management, charter capability for athletics and executive travel, and a sponsorship/branding component; the university’s disclosed annual air-travel spend is roughly $20.6 million. The total Project Site is comprised of approximately 5.054 acres.

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Campus Facilities Master Plan for its campus in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The selected consultant will analyze existing facilities, assess current and future space needs, and produce a strategic long-range plan to guide capital investments and facility improvements.
