New construction includes rigging, installation of two owner provided AERCO boilers & all accessories, venting, piping, pumps, controls & wiring associated with hot water system , glycol heat exchanger & pumps, 2 indirect domestic water heaters, mixing valves & circulator, backflow prevention device on incoming water service, and electrical power to support the equipment including a new panel. DDC system integration w/existing BMS system serving the building/campus.
