Modular lab for an ir cath lab. Excavation of the site to create a new concrete slab on grade to support the lab shall be constructed. Delivery of the lab including the use of a crane will be required to set the slab onto the new slab. The scope of work will include establishing electrical service and connections to a temporary generator, all utility connections including sewer, water and data. Testing of the lab and state inspections shall be performed prior to completion. Contractors shall have experience with test & balance procedures and construction of interventional radiology facilities.
