Seeking the services of a Construction Management firm to manage the Smoke Evacuation System Upgrades which will provide additional make-up air into the existing Atrium, including exposed spiral ductwork, intake louvers, rated smoke/fire dampers, supply registers, electrical and control wiring, modification to the existing smoke control system panel and architectural finishes relative to repair of drywall surfaces. This work is to reduce the velocity of make-up air into the Atrium through the front doors in order to be in compliance with the 2000 IBC Code and to obtain the building's Certificate of Occupancy.

Work associated with this project consists of Early Site Preparation, Abatement and Demolition services to demolish and remove the existing Passaic High School No. 12. The building shall be abated of all hazardous material within the existing building, all existing and associated site elements within the project boundary limits, and to prepare the site for further development.
