The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of construction of a 115 kV rated, substation. The work consists of concrete foundations and concrete work, steel, fencing, conduit and ductwork, manholes, ground grid, power and control cables, buswork, control enclosure, and AC and DC wiring. This also includes the installation of Owner-furnished, steel structures, circuit breakers, CVT’s and 115 kV GOAB switches and relocating an existing Circuit Switcher and Transformer. This will also consist of connecting to switchgear, and control panels. Modifications to the existing control panels at the Industrial and West substation.
