Trade Package 246 (TP-246) is the East-side Sitework and Site Utilities package for SFO's Terminal 3 West Modernization project. The work includes earthwork, grading, and underground utilities installation as part of the broader $2.6 billion design-build modernization led by Turner Construction Company. Bids are being solicited through the San Francisco Airport Commission's OpenGov procurement portal.

The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) in Orangeburg, SC, seeks proposals for System Right-of-Way Clearing and Tree Trimming work, along with supplemental Storm Recovery and Disaster Debris Removal Services, for electric distribution lines from fiscal years 2026-2030.

Work includes approx 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 3,150 LF 8" PVC C900 DR18 water main; 6,010 LF 8" PVC SDR-26 gravity sewer pipe; 13,500 LF 2 1/2" asphalt road restoration; 4,395 LF milling and resurfacing; 9,015 LF 18" HDPE pipe stormwater.

Work includes 358 EA silt barriers across swales; 1,022 LF silt fence along species; 184 EA inlet protection; 48 EA silt curtain in canal; 5,651 SY remove & replace plain concrete driveway (residential); 242 EA trenchless method for painted, stamped, paver (decorative) driveways (mains 8" and below); 3 EA 8" future driveway casing for 4" mains; 7 EA 12" future driveway casing for 6" mains; 1 EA 14" future driveway casing for 8" mains; 75,882 SY remove and replace asphalt (local roads); 32,226 SY alt 5 roadway pavement; 23,292 SY alt 5 pavement removal (4-lane divided road); 16,540 SY alt 5 multi-use path pavement. Select a qualified Contractor to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the preconstruction, including the preparation and submission of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and construction phase services for a new 41,110 SF warehouse and fleet facility, located at the intersection.

The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (CCMUA) issued Invitation to Bid #26-14 for the supply and delivery of a complete, ready-to-install air-injection wet-well cleaning and odor-control system for its wastewater resource recovery facility. The procurement requires supplying specified quantities of blowers, aerators/nozzles, control panels, and associated hardware, delivered FOB to the WRRF site, with warranty and adherence to material and safety standards. Bidders must submit sealed competitive bids by the stated deadline and provide mandatory bid and performance bonds, insurance, and extensive compliance paperwork.

Include earthwork, stormwater improvements, retaining walls, water utilities, sewer utilities, grading, paving, signage, and striping.
