Radford University issued a Request for Pre-qualifications (RFPQ) to pre-qualify electrical utility contractors to upgrade the medium voltage power delivery system on its Radford, VA campus. The scope includes construction of an outdoor sheltered metal-clad switchgear, substation modifications, new ductbanks and cabling, demolition and reconfiguration of circuits, SCADA/communications integration, and NETA-accredited testing and commissioning. Proposals are due April 21, 2026 and the anticipated construction start is August 2026.

The City of West Palm Beach seeks bids to rehabilitate existing sanitary sewer infrastructure in the Flagler Drive area using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and various point repairs to mains, manholes, and laterals. The project scope includes full containment abrasive blasting, removal of lead-based coatings, interior and exterior recoating, and various structural and safety upgrades. Pest control services for public services and utilities facilities. Scope of work includes - remove all visible cobwebs from exterior building surfaces. Apply liquid residual insecticide treatment along the building perimeter extending: 3-4' outward from exterior walls; and 2-3' vertically up exterior walls. Apply granular insecticide treatment around building perimeters where permitted and appropriate. Inspect all existing exterior rodent bait stations. Replace or replenish rodent bait as necessary. Ensure all rodent stations are secure, tamper-resistant, and properly labeled. See attached file.
