The project covers Phase I work on a 500+ acre site including mass civil earthworks (≈10 million cubic yards), comprehensive campus utilities (including a new 20 MVA electrical substation), airfield and logistics infrastructure, and phased execution; the estimated acquisition magnitude is $400,000,000 to $600,000,000. The planned acquisition strategy is Construction Manager at Risk delivered via Other Transaction Authority (OTA); responses (PDF) were requested by email to the listed USACE contacts by 24 July 2026 at 2:00 PM Alaska Time.

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) and Community Enhancement Corporation (CEC) are soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors for site utility infrastructure construction—including water main, domestic water service, storm water, fire lines, sanitary sewer, and fire hydrants—for Phase 1 of the Creston Park Redevelopment Project located at N. The City of North Port, Florida is soliciting formal quotes for furnishings for the new Utilities Building, which is replacing the former Utilities facility on Price Boulevard that was rendered uninhabitable by Hurricane Ian. The City of Cape Coral’s North 3 Utilities Extension Project (UEP) is a multi-year infrastructure program to extend potable water, sewer, irrigation and build associated roads and stormwater improvements across roughly three square miles in northwest Cape Coral. The City states design is in progress (60–75% complete) and that bidding is anticipated around Summer 2026 with construction expected to begin by the end of 2026 and run approximately two years. As of 2026-06-26 no buyer-posted solicitation, bid package PDF, or formal bid close date was found on the City’s public procurement pages; the City indicates formal solicitations are published via its vendor/solicitation portal (OpenGov / IonWave).

Project includes all Work required to rehabilitate and expand the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to an average daily treatment capacity of 2.5 million gallons per day (MGD). This Work involves comprehensive mechanical and electrical rehabilitation of critical treatment process components, as well as construction of new infrastructure to support increased capacity and improved operational performance. This Project includes the full mechanical and electrical rehabilitation of the existing clarifiers, Biotower trickling filters, ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, lagoon liner, and electrical room. This Project also involves the modification of piping and valving systems associated with the Biotower process to improve flow control, operational flexibility, and system reliability. In addition to the rehabilitation efforts, the Project includes the construction of a new Biotower Pump Station and a new UV disinfection channel. See outside link.

Provide professional engineering services for a comprehensive wastewater infrastructure improvement program serving the Caribou wastewater collection and treatment system. The program may include improvements to pump stations, force mains, wastewater treatment facilities, headworks infrastructure, SCADA systems, standby power systems, and associated appurtenances.

The US Forest Service (Region 4 / Manti-LaSal National Forest) issued a synopsis/solicitation for installing water, sewer, and electrical utility lines and making connections to trailer pads in Monticello, UT. Work includes connecting a new 2" HDPE water line and a 6" sewer line to existing systems, coordinating transformer/meter installation with Empire Electric, and optional site work such as 36" trenching, crushed aggregate for trailer pads/roadway, and an asphalt apron. The procurement is a Small Business set-aside (NAICS 237110) with a fixed-price type scope and a response deadline in August 2026.

This contract is comprised of installing utility lines, connections to existing lines and connections to trailer pads. Utilities included are electrical, water and sewer. Option items included are trenching, providing and spreading gravel and installation of an asphalt apron. Utilities – Water - The new water line will be connected to the existing water line between the meter and bunkhouse. Main water line will remain same size as existing line. Existing line is a 2” poly line. New water line will be a 2” HDPE blue Poly and connect to existing. One stop and waste to be installed within 5ft of new and existing line connection. Sewer – The new sewer line will be connected to the existing sewer line at the bunkhouse. Main line will be 6” with trailer connections being 6” to 3” Wye’s. Drainage must remain between 1/8” – ¼” per ft across the entirety of the line. Must meet state code. Electrical – A transformer and drop-down meter will need to be coordinated and installed with Empire Electric and conduit and wiring ran from meter to the trailer pads. Contractor will be responsible for determining sizing of conduit and wiring. Must meet state code.

Work generally consists of approximately 2,138 linear feet of 8" PVC C900 Water Main installation and approximately 2,760 linear feet of 6" PVC C900 Sanitary Sewer Force Main installation to include, but not limited to: -Clearing and Grubbing -Full Depth Patches -Temporary Traffic Control -Erosion Control Items.

The project includes the following work: construction of a new water treatment facility on an existing water treatment plant, associated process equipment, piping, concrete work, electrical work, instrumentation and controls, and civil/site work.
