Utilities RFPs

The scope of work includes demolition, grading, utilities, prefabricated bridge installation, hardscape, planting, and other site improvements.

2026 small works roster. Proposed work includes roads, transportation, utilities, facilities, and other construction and repair projects.

Invitation to bid for the construction of a new one-story bus service facility administration office building, including related site work, grading, and underground utilities.

The work of this contract generally includes improvements, modifications, and additions to: streetscape, lighting, landscape and irrigation, hardscape, roadway improvements, signage, and minor utilities and site furnishings.

1.5" mill and overlay on two (2) Borough Roads. Protecting existing trees and vegetation to remain; Removing trees and other vegetation; Clearing and grubbing and pavement removal; Topsoil stripping; Removing above-grade site improvements; Disconnecting, capping or sealing, and abandoning site utilities in place; Disconnecting, capping or sealing, and removing site utilities; Saw cutting existing pavement, curb, sidewalk, etc. as required at the limits of the proposed construction.

The project includes grading, erosion control, pavement installation, and building construction. The utilities for the buildings will be installed via an existing water service nearby and a proposed septic field.

Work includes but is not limited to, 625 LF of new residential arterial roadway, sidewalks, stormwater facilities, street lighting, flashing beacon crossing and associated underground utilities.

The work consists of the removal and satisfactory disposal of dredged material excavated from the Tiger Pass Bar Channel and identification of utilities, within the limits shown on the contract drawings.

Emergency and maintenance work for the Borough owned utilities, including but not limited to the Owner’s existing sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection and conveyance systems to include repair of existing facilities

The project consists of the construction of an approx 2,800 SF classroom building and associated site work, including walkways, ramps, accessibility upgrades and associated above grade and underground utilities.

Consist of removing the existing catwalks over the four(4) clarifiers; removing and disconnecting the existing utilities before removal of the catwalk; cleaning the existing bearing pads; furnishing and installing new steel joists; reinstalling the existing catwalks onto the new steel joists; reinstalling and reconnecting all utilities; and furnishing and installing two (2) new life-safety throw rings with post and not less than one hundred fifty (150) feet of rope.

Work consist of civil site work package for the new education and performing arts center building. Package B includes utilities, site-work and site paving for the new building.

Construct one new building primarily for brine storage and production with a small break area and restroom for employees. Work includes site development and tying buildings into new and existing utilities.

Consists of the demolition of the existing softball field house and associated infrastructure. Construction of a new fieldhouse with locker room, restrooms, storage rooms, and office. Sitework will include new utilities for the site.

Work involves replacing 14" thermal hot water piping, excavation, and road restorationGeneral Contractors and Prime Sitework/Utilities Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work.
