The Department of the Army (DA) is soliciting competitive proposals to enter Enhanced Use Leases (EULs) of non-excess Army land for development of commercial data centers at Fort Hood, Fort Bragg, Fort Bliss, and Dugway Proving Ground. Offerors will be responsible for designing, financing, permitting, constructing, operating, maintaining, and decommissioning the data centers under long-term (50-year) lease agreements; consideration may be cash, in-kind, or a combination and must be at least fair market value. The RFP may result in one or more EUL awards, is full & open (no set-aside), and requires Offerors to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and environmental requirements.
