The U.S. Air Force is soliciting information to support modernization of the Eglin Test and Training Complex by identifying Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) solutions for Multiple Object Tracking Radars (MOTRs) to provide accurate time/space/position information (TSPI). The system must track multiple simultaneous, high-speed targets (20 simultaneous tracks) and support extreme radial velocities up to Mach 10 and high angular rates; it must perform skin and c-band tracking, autotrack objects and detect/track separating objects. This RFI is seeking technical capability information and is not a grant; the opportunity was posted 2026-03-02 and closes 2026-03-30 (open as of 2026-03-05).
