DESIGN-BUILD. The project includes the renovation of an existing approx. 2,000 SF, 1940s-era house into a Creative Arts, Media & Gathering Hub; demolition of an existing detached shed; construction of a new approximately 30-foot by 50-foot metal building to serve as the Pottery Barn; and related site improvements, including ADA accessibility, outdoor gathering space, pedestrian connections, landscaping, utilities, and other associated improvements.

Project consists of lighting replacement project. work shall include, but not be limited to, the removal of the existing lighting system, controls, and electrical and data components, and replacing and/or upgrading them with new lighting, controls, data and electrical distribution for the theater space.

This solicitation requests quotations for laminate, large-format printer ink, and paper to support the Media Arts classroom at Ralph C. Starkey High School. Award will be based on the lowest responsive quote that includes delivery, setup, and any applicable warranty; quoted pricing must be guaranteed for 60 days and cannot be adjusted after a purchase order is issued. The procurement is a one-time purchase (Request for Quotation) for educational supplies.

The City of Cambridge is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roof at the David Durward Centre and Centre for the Arts, located at 62 Dickson Street in Cambridge, Ontario. This construction tender involves roof replacement services on an active municipal facility as part of the city's 2026 capital projects program. The procurement is governed by the City of Cambridge Purchasing Bylaw and is being conducted through the Biddingo procurement portal.

Provide marketing, public relations and graphic arts.

Wylie Independent School District issued Request for Proposal 2027-J07-100 to establish a pool of qualified independent contractors to provide Fine Arts services (e.g., guest conductors/clinicians, choreographers, vocal/instrumental coaches, composers/arrangers, accompanists, instructors, playwrights, set designers, stage managers, marching/percussion/color guard technicians) on an as-needed basis. The contract term runs from August 17, 2026 through August 31, 2028, with two one-year optional renewals; multiple contractors are expected to be awarded and proposals are evaluated monthly. Submissions by email or fax are not accepted; questions and submission instructions are handled by Wylie ISD Purchasing (contact info on the buyer site) and the solicitation documents are available on the Wylie ISD procurement site (some documents require login).

The Town of Lexington, Massachusetts is soliciting bids for On-Call General Construction Services at the Munroe Center for the Arts. The Munroe Center for the Arts is a town-owned building located at 1403 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington, MA, and the awarded contractor will provide on-call general construction, repairs, installations, and maintenance services for the facility. Bids are due by 12:00 PM on July 30, 2026, with the Town of Lexington Purchasing Office receiving sealed responses at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue.

Clovis Unified School District is soliciting bids to supply and maintain warehouse stock of office supplies and arts & crafts materials for use across district facilities. The contract requires the vendor to provide all labor, materials, transportation, timely deliveries, and required insurance and to comply with applicable procurement laws; electronic submissions via the district's eProcurement portal are required. Bids are due August 7, 2026 and respondents must register with the district’s OpenGov eProcurement portal to submit.

Fine arts professional services.

Birdville Independent School District (BISD) issued RFP 027-23D (Fine Arts Contracted Services Supplemental) to expand the pool of contracted fine arts service providers for the 2026–2027 school year. The solicitation seeks independent contractors or contracting firms to provide temporary or short-term specialized fine arts instruction and support on a fee basis and excludes providers already awarded under RFP 027-23, 027-23A, 027-23B, or 027-23C. The solicitation was issued June 26, 2026 and remains open through June 1, 2027, with proposals evaluated quarterly and submission deadlines at 2:00 PM CT as listed in the Bid Activities tab.

Fine arts contracted services supplemental.

The City of Everett issued a restricted quote for replacement of theater signs at the Everett Performing Arts Center, including removal of existing signs, refurbishment of the top “ID Sign” as a standalone unit, and replacement of the bottom “Message Center” with new electronic message centers (EMCs). The contract period of performance runs from July 1, 2026 to July 30, 2026; vendor Q&A is open July 1–21, 2026, and only contractors listed in the MRSC applicable work category will be considered. The solicitation is open with a response deadline of July 30, 2026 and is listed on the City of Everett bid opportunities page.

The Arlington Independent School District has issued Request for Proposal FA 01-27 to solicit qualified private lesson instructors to provide fine arts instruction to students in the district. This RFP is limited to private lesson instructors, who must be qualified to teach in their fine arts discipline and will be responsible for providing their own equipment and materials. The contract is expected to run for approximately one year, from the issue date of July 1, 2026 through the close date of June 30, 2027, with the Purchasing Director, Lisa Phillips, available for vendor inquiries.

Judson Independent School District is soliciting proposals for fine arts consulting services including clinicians, accompanists, choreographers, judges, and related products and services to be delivered on-site at JISD campuses. Vendors must provide direct employees (no subcontracting indicated), complete required background checks and Texas Education Agency pre-service affidavits, and meet specified insurance minimums (e.g., $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability). The contract base term is two years with up to three additional one-year renewals and a price-adjustment cap after the first term.

Provide in-person, beginner classes on video and audio production, video editing, distribution and safe and healthy social media use for teens, 13-18 years old. Provide teens with the basic knowledge to independently create short-format videos for, but not limited to, online distribution.

The Municipality of Anchorage is soliciting bids for the Performing Arts Center Glycol Replacement project (CITB 2026C032) at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, located at 621 W 6th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The scope of work includes replacement of the HVAC glycol heating system and two central system exhaust fans, along with associated electrical modifications to accommodate the new equipment. A non-mandatory site visit was held on July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time, and sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM local time on July 21, 2026 to the MOA Purchasing Department.

Seeking proposals from qualified vendors with demonstrated experience in arts and culture website design, multi-venue environments, and spektrix integration, who can deliver a secure, accessible, scalable website that enhances customer experience, supports staff workflows, and advances tac's organizational and revenue goals.

The School Board of Osceola County, FL issued a solicitation to establish a term contract providing Front of House event staffing for the Osceola County School of the Arts. Required roles include concession operators, parking attendants and supervisors, ticket sellers/takers, ushers, and custodians; contractors must manage operations professionally and supply staff as requested. The district posts the solicitation on its VendorLink portal and will issue Official Labor Requests by email; responses are due July 23, 2026.

Ongoing need district-wide for Fine Arts and Creative Learning Partnership Services. Seeks to expand its list of awarded firms/vendors/contractors from which to obtain these services. Based on the annual, aggregate district wide expenditures for fine arts and creative learning contracted services may require all vendors who will perform such services. The services include but are not limited to individual contractors and community arts organizations to provide a rich portfolio of options for PreK-12 arts learning across all disciplines as well as creative experiences in school and in the community.

The Olson Performing Arts Center Addition and Renovation Phase One is an active construction solicitation for the UMKC Conservatory's Olson Performing Arts Center expansion in Kansas City, Missouri—a $60 million project adding 35,000 square feet of new space and renovating the existing facility to support music ensemble rehearsal, dance rehearsal rooms, and expanded performance spaces. The solicitation was issued on June 25, 2026 and bids are due on July 23, 2026, making the RFP currently active and open to prospective construction bidders. The notice is published through the State of Missouri's MissouriBUYS statewide eProcurement system on behalf of the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
