The University of North Dakota is soliciting bids for a renovation of the main-level restrooms in the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center, covering demolition, new plumbing, electrical, fire-alarm, HVAC, finishes, and ADA-compliant fixtures. The procurement allows either multi-prime or single-prime delivery and requires submission of a bid form, a 5% bid bond, and a valid North Dakota contractor license through the Jaggaer portal. The City of Raleigh is soliciting construction bids to demolish part of the existing Sertoma Arts Center, renovate the remaining building, and construct a new one-story 9,399 SF addition including vocational arts classrooms and support spaces. The project includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection upgrades, with work divided into multiple subcontract trade packages.
