The strategy is built upon five core pillars: enhancing an inclusive climate and culture, attracting and retaining a quality and diverse staff, providing professional development for faculty and staff, embracing the district's Relational Practice Initiative, and recognizing and celebrating the diverse backgrounds and cultures within the school community.

This Campus Improvement Plan for George W. Bush Elementary outlines key strategies and objectives for the 2024-2025 school year.
