Provide qualified organizations or individuals who may be capable of operating and programming the ceramics studio. Potential activities may include, but are not limited to: introductory, intermediate, and advanced ceramics classes and workshops; open studio and supervised studio access; youth, teen, adult, and senior programming. ; skill-building series, specialty workshops, and short-term intensives. ; community engagement and outreach activities.

The successful proposer (the Construction Manager at Risk (CM)) shall serve as the contractor and construction manager for the Project. The Project may include all typical construction trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, carpentry, masonry, caulking and painting) as well as ADA compliance work and local ordinance compliance work to seal and/or repair the exterior envelope of Arts Academy. The services will consist of cost estimating, constructability analysis and scheduling and phasing of the work and construction, which may proceed concurrently. The CM will assist the School District and its Architect in finalizing the phasing and scheduling of the work and value engineering of the Project.

The City of Bellevue is soliciting proposals for the planning, design, and construction of a Regional Performing Arts Center integrated with the Bellevue Convention Center expansion. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience in performing arts facility planning and address integration with community needs and existing infrastructure. The project is intended to serve the growing and diverse Eastside community through a new cultural facility in Downtown Bellevue.

Work consists of: replacement of the cooling tower that serves the chilled water system at holden fine arts with a new unit that has adequate capacity. This new unit will include ladder and access platforms to make maintenance activities easier and safer. The tower will include variable speed air fans to increase overall efficiency. Tower support concrete beams will be replaced to replace the deteriorating support piers. The building automation system that exists at holden will be extended to operate the new cooling tower. The Board of Education of Baltimore County is seeking information from vendors regarding a supplemental instructional resource focused on morphology for grades 3-8 English Language Arts. The RFI documents were made available starting May 19, 2026, and responses are due by June 9, 2026. The work will be performed within Baltimore County Public Schools and vendors must submit inquiries and responses per the solicitation instructions.
