Tax Collection Software RFPs

The City of El Cajon is soliciting bids for an annual contract (Bid #009-27) to provide daily and as-needed abandoned property collection, trash and debris removal, and general cleaning services within the public right-of-way throughout the city limits. The contract is for one year with four one-year renewal options and includes bidder requirements such as specified insurance and bid security. Electronic bids are due on the stated due date and bidders must follow proposal forms and response instructions available on the buyer's documents tab.

Work includes approx 100 LF of 6"-10" gravity sewer main; 50 LF of 6" HDPE horizontal directional bored force main; 500 LF of 12"-15" cleaning sanitary sewer lines; 1 SF sewer manhole/wet well rehabilitation by spray on epoxy lining; 1 SF sewer manhole/wet well rehabilitation by cementitious lining.

Hillsborough County (Florida) is soliciting proposals for Ambulance Transport Billing and Collection Services under solicitation RFP-26-00324. The opportunity was posted with an open date of 2026-07-08 and a close date of 2026-08-04, and the county’s Bonfire procurement portal hosts the official solicitation documents. Prospective proposers should review the Bonfire posting for submission instructions, attachments, and any updates to requirements or deadlines.

The District of Columbia Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide household hazardous waste (HHW) collection, recycling, and/or disposal services for materials generated by District residents. The resulting contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, and is partially funded by state sources which may trigger additional requirements. The contracting officer is Hildred Pepper (hildred.pepper@dc.gov, 202-724-4477), and prospective bidders must register and submit responses through the DC Supply Schedule / Ariba procurement portal.

Solid waste collection contract. Services Required: The collection services shall provide at a minimum: A. Container service options for residential, multipurpose, and commercial customers, i.e. self-haul, refuse carts, front-load dumpsters, roll-off containers, and compactors. B. Provide an option for seniors or disabled customers who will need front door services. C. Provide public access residential roll-offs used for self-haul services that shall be tipped at regular intervals. See attached file.

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide secure, accurate, and efficient handling of fare revenues through comprehensive armored transportation and cash management services. The scope of work includes secure collection and transport of coin and currency from RGRTA facilities, processing and counting of collected funds, deposit of funds into designated bank accounts, and support for Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) including cash and coin inventory replenishment. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, reporting, and security controls for these services.

Collin County's Community Supervision and Corrections Department is seeking proposals for offender specimen collection and drug testing services. The goal is to ensure compliance with court-ordered drug testing requirements and support the rehabilitation of offenders. The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, with a two-year initial term and options to renew up to five years total.

Seeking proposals from qualified firms for a solid waste and recyclables collection system. Proposers should be aware that, through this proposal process, the City is requesting pricing for a five (5)-day-per-week collection schedule, processing and marketing of the City’s recyclables, and on-call hauling services. The City’s Solid Waste Division collects solid waste from approximately 11,800 residential accounts. The City provides service to residents within the City’s incorporated limits. Currently, the City collects residential waste once per week using 90-gallon Roll Carts serviced by automated side-loader trucks. The City also provides bulk material and yard waste collection on the same day as garbage using rear-loader trucks. The City has 41 households receiving backdoor service for medical or hardship reasons. In addition, approximately 80 residents are serviced on historic roads and in hard-to-service areas due to limited vehicle access.

Provide solid waste collection and hauling services.

The City of Jacksonville Public Works Department/Public Buildings Division is soliciting bids for dumpster rental and garbage collection services at various locations in Jacksonville. The contractor must provide dumpsters (front-load, compactors, roll-off), perform pick-up/transport/return/dumping of municipal solid waste and construction & demolition debris, and supply all necessary equipment, permits, labor, fuel, franchise fees and materials. The initial contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewals; bidders must maintain an operating office in Duval County and meet licensing and experience requirements.

The City of Independence, Missouri has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Independent Residential Recycling Collection Services. The solicitation seeks information from qualified contractors and service providers interested in providing residential recycling collection services to residents within the city. Associated documents include a scope of work and requirements specification (03-331) to inform potential respondents about the City's service expectations and technical requirements.

Work include collection and disposal of refuse and designated recyclables.

Provide restaurant services.

The Town of Oxford (MD) is soliciting proposals for yard waste removal and bulk collection services (RFP ID BPM057757); contractors may bid on any portion of the requested services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM at 101 Market Street, Oxford, MD; the last day for questions is July 10, 2026. Sealed bids are due July 24, 2026 by 10:00 AM local time and bid documents must be obtained from the Town Manager (email oxfordmanager@oxfordmd.gov or via the Town's bids page); no buyer-hosted solicitation file was found online in the reviewed sources.

Harris County Municipal Utility District 368 requests proposals for garbage and recycling collection services for multiple subdivisions for a five-year term. The contract requires manually operated rear-loading truck collection (automated or semi-automated methods will not be considered) and asks proposers to provide separate itemized pricing for garbage and recycling, with optional pricing for shredding/e‑waste and an annual curbside household hazardous waste event. Proposals (seven hard copies and one electronic copy to mcroon@johnsonpetrov.com) are due by 12:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026, and timely submissions will be considered at the Board meeting on August 20, 2026.

Perform legal collection services for Orange County under the guidance of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), on certain accounts which have gone unpaid.

Independent Residential Recycling Collection Services.

RFP 40-26 from the City of Vancouver, Washington seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to evaluate the performance, effectiveness, and alignment of the City's current Comprehensive Garbage, Recyclables, and Organics Collection Services Contract (2019-2030) with Waste Connections of Washington, Inc. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2026, with a question deadline of July 24, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Bonfire Procurement Portal by 3:00 PM PDT on August 5, 2026.
