Environmental Protection Fund Grant Program for Parks, Preservation and Heritage

St. Louis County Department of Parks & Recreation is soliciting bids for the roof replacement of the historic Nims Mansion located at Bee Tree Park in St. Louis County, Missouri. The selected contractor will be required to remove and replace the slate tile roof on the Historic Registered Nims Mansion as outlined in the project specifications. Parks Canada Agency requires professional informatics services to support its multi-year Digital Investment Plan (DIP), covering system upgrades, cloud and platform implementations, cybersecurity enhancements, enterprise data solutions, and modernization of workflow and service delivery. Resources will provide planning, coordination, documentation, risk management, and governance support across the DIP portfolio, with the work delivered under a Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) arrangement with an estimated 4,680 days of effort through August 31, 2029. This is an open procurement for qualified suppliers, with the bid solicitation documents distributed directly by the Contracting Authority to invited Standing Offer holders.

Work include clear area and construct a new large parking structure for county vehicles and equipment utilized by green lane park staff.

The Wyoming State Construction Department is soliciting bids to rehabilitate the envelope of the Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site, including repair, restoration, and replacement of roofs, masonry, and windows. This Invitation for Bid (Solicitation ID 27-0669) opened 2026-07-15 and requires bids to be submitted through the buyer’s PublicPurchase portal by August 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM MT, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 4, 2026; bid bonds are required for bids over $150,000. The project is expected to start October 7, 2026 and be completed by June 30, 2027, with award projected in early September 2026.

Parks Canada Agency has issued a tender (Reference No. 20159636) for the control of the white-tailed deer population in Îles-de-Boucherville and Mont-Saint-Bruno National Parks in Quebec. The work involves managing the over-abundant deer population in these national parks to protect ecosystem biodiversity. The tender was issued by Parks Canada's National Contracting Services office, with bids due in early-to-mid August 2026.

This RFP is for the dredging of approximately 42,000 cubic yards of material from Cow Channel to a maximum depth of 8.00 feet below mean lower low water level, with beneficial oceanfront placement.
