This project consists of pavement and rock road maintenance in various parks and wildlife areas in Dickinson County, Iowa. The Wyoming State Construction Department is soliciting bids for roof replacement work at South Pass City State Historic Site, covering the Williams House, Dance Hall, and School. The scope requires removal of existing wood shingle roofing and installation of new roofing, with work to be completed by November 30, 2026. Bids are due by June 4, 2026, following a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 15, 2026.

The Teton County Parks and Recreation Department seeks qualified contractors to completely replaster the existing 25-yard, 8-lane lap pool at the Teton County/Jackson Recreation Center. Work must be performed within the Aquatic Area and is scheduled to begin July 1, 2026 and be fully completed by August 14, 2026. The City of Caldwell is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare a citywide Comprehensive Parks, Recreation, Pathways, and Open Space Master Plan with a 20-year horizon, including heavy public engagement and GIS mapping. The Wyoming State Construction Department seeks professional engineering and design services for a roof replacement project at the Trail End State Historic Site in Sheridan, Wyoming. Scope includes historic tile replacement, TPO roof replacements, ice-damming improvements, and water damage repairs, with work expected to be completed by September 30, 2027. The estimated budget is $200,000–$500,000 and proposals should describe firm qualifications, approach, past performance, and Wyoming presence.

Lane County (ECS) is soliciting bids for the Howard Buford Recreation Area Arboretum Parking Lot Upgrade project in Eugene, Oregon. The scope of work includes grading, drainage, paving, signing, illumination, and roadside development with an estimated value between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Bidders are required to have valid Oregon public-works certifications and necessary contractor registrations before commencing work.

This Request for Bid is for the renovation of approximately 7,200 square feet of fitness center space at Lake Barkley State Resort Park in Cadiz, Kentucky.
