This is a formal Request for Proposal (Solicitation 231402) issued by the District municipality of Lillooet in British Columbia, Canada. The contract covers comprehensive grounds maintenance and management services, including turf care and mowing with a five-day notice requirement, litter pick-up prior to mowing, edging and trimming, and related grounds upkeep. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), not a grant, with full bid documents gated to registered vendors on the Texas Purchasing Group (BidNet Direct) platform.

Provide comprehensive Parks Maintenance Services for City parks, park facilities, athletic fields, trails, and passive park areas. Services may include, but are not limited to, sports field maintenance, park and park facility landscaping, passive park and trail maintenance, porter services, cleaning services, and other related maintenance services.

The City of Redlands is soliciting bids to supply irrigation supplies to its Parks Division over a 12-month period. The contract requires delivery on an as-needed basis, including emergency requests, with same-day (will-call) service from a facility within a 10-mile radius of the City. Project consists of the renovation of the existing pool house facility including mens and womens lockerrooms consessions, and office areas. The existing pool will be renovated to provide like new working condition. A new splash park will be installed. No leed requirements.

Seeking qualified firms or agencies interested in providing janitorial services for parks and recreation.

The City of Muscatine and the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department are soliciting bids for a utility vehicle to be used for parks and recreation maintenance. Bidders must complete the attached forms and submit them in a sealed envelope marked 'Parks and Recreation Maintenance UTV' to the City of Muscatine Finance Department at City Hall. All bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, with public opening immediately afterward at 2:05 PM, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
