The City of Columbia (SC) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide routine weekly maintenance and upkeep for City Parks & Recreation facilities, including landscaping, fountain cleaning and minor repairs. The solicitation (RFQu009-25-26-JAH) was published May 14, 2026 and bids are due June 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET; a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026 via Zoom. Provide Parks and Recreation Sports Uniforms.

Work includes construction of approximately 10,240 square yards of new paved parking areas and six parking structures, along with a new storage facility. The scope of work covers all necessary site preparation, paving, structural components, and associated infrastructure needed to deliver a fully functional, accessible parking and storage solution.

Furnish casual clothing - parks.

Provides security guard services.

Improvements include turnkey playground equipment, swings, concrete curbing, sidewalk, and fall zone material upgrades. Work consist of demolition, surfacing, concrete curbing, accessible walks/ramps, and installation.

General construction, repair, remodel, and other repetitive related work to be performed.

Provide lighting materials.

The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide part-time programming and instruction (after-school activities, classes, camps, events) for children, families, and community members. Proposers must have at least three years’ experience providing these services and include required forms, references, and signatures in their proposals. Electronic proposals are due by December 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM Arizona time and must be submitted through the City’s OpenGov eProcurement portal.

Landscape Maintenance at Three (3) of the City's Parks.

The City of Greensboro issued a quick-event solicitation to obtain a firm delivered price for exterior preparation, repair, and repainting of the 'Red House' park structure. The project targets painting contractors and requires MWBE affidavits, references, insurance, and background checks. Submissions are being accepted through the City's supplier portal until the specified closing date in June 2026.

The City of Saint Paul Parks Department is soliciting sealed bids to renovate the Phalen Picnic Pavilion, including structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and accessibility improvements. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026 onsite at Phalen Park; addenda, if required, will be posted on May 20, 2026. The event is open for bidding and requires a 5% bid bond; the City may reject any or all bids and will follow standard procurement rules.

Work includes to remove current 16-foot aluminum diving board (leave at the park), install a new diving board kit assembly, 16' aluminum diving to be installed, color: white.

This solicitation requests removal of an existing 16-foot aluminum diving board and installation of a new diving board on a metal platform attached to a concrete platform at Chewacla State Park. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, with a preferred project completion date of June 30, 2026. The procurement is classified as a construction and park facility project (NAICS 238190) and is open to qualified vendors.

Provide mowing and maintenance of all (2) city parks. Mowing mowing bids which include mowing, weed eating, trimming, etc. Shall be bid on a per time basis. Mowing will be from June 2026 through June 2027 with the understanding that during November through February, mowing would be limited and therefore payments will only be made if mowing or other work occurs. Maintenance maintenance bids will include all playground equipment upkeep and repairs and will also be responsible for all duties as outlined in the maintenance contract. The maintenance bids are for year-round upkeep for all parks on an as needed basis.

Seeking sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of two rooftop HVAC units (rtus). The project includes removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new compatible units, curb adapters, thermostats, economizers, hail guards, low ambient controls, and all related labor and materials.

Qualified vendor to construct a combination restroom/picnic shelter.

Seeking bids for Concrete Work for the Parks and Recreation Department. Vendor will provide services for installation of 4" or 6" concrete slab with broom finish surface. City will provide all concrete at No Cost to the contractor. City will have site Slab Ready before contractor work begins or Contractor will bid a per hour cost for site preparation.

The City of Saint Paul (Parks Department) issued a Request for Bid for the 'New Park At The Heights' project (RFB ID 1725) to solicit construction bids for park-related civil work. The project is categorized under NAICS 237990 for Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with an estimated value range between $2.5 million and $12 million. Bids are due by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, and all response instructions must be accessed through the City's official supplier portal.
