Preparation of a new parks and recreation trails master plan. Consultant will work closely with City staff and establish regular scheduled meetings to keep staff informed of the status of the project. Meetings may be in person, by phone or via video conference. The consultant must have a comprehensive knowledge of all regulations regarding parks and recreational facilities, multi-use trails, master plan provisions, the California Environmental Quality Act, and applicable best practices in the industry. The City of Suffolk issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure annual grass cutting services for its Parks and Recreation Department, covering labor, equipment, transportation, and insurance as specified. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Joint Operations Center in Suffolk, VA. Proposals are due June 24, 2026 and the solicitation was posted on May 18, 2026.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky issued this solicitation for partial restoration and stabilization of the historic Dye House at Perryville Battlefield State Park, including limestone foundation masonry repair and new structural supports. Bidders must be registered in the Kentucky Vendor Self Service (VSS) eProcurement system to submit bids electronically for the project. The work involves selective excavation, installation of new joists, and roof framing to preserve the historic structure.

This project involves the renovation of the RV campground and reconstruction of the primitive campground at Fort Boonesborough State Park following flood damage. The scope includes interior restoration of bath houses, picnic shelters, a meeting hall, and ranger stations, along with necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The estimated cost for the emergency flood mitigation project is approximately $6,148,983.

To provide construction management and inspection services on a work order basis for King County Department of National Resources and Parks, Parks and Recreation Division (“County”). The exact disciplines required and the amount of work for each discipline has not been determined. The Consultant should be capable of adding disciplines expeditiously as necessary to meet the needs of specific work orders. There is no guarantee that all services in this Scope of Work will be used.

Provide an annual services agreement for mowing and maintenance of city parks and rights of way.

The Town of Chesapeake Beach is soliciting bids for engineering and design services to extend the existing rail trail to the eastern edge of tidal waters within the Town limits. The scope includes in-field surveys, environmental delineations, geotechnical investigations, and the preparation of 30% and 100% design submittals. Selected consultants will also be responsible for processing required county, state, and federal approvals, including reviews by the Maryland Department of the Environment.

Issued by Facilities Development & Operations, the project has an estimated value range between $50,000 and $200,000. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is soliciting contractors to provide invasive species identification, removal, control measures, restoration, and ongoing monitoring at Buckhorn Island and Beaver Island State Parks. The IFB package and all updates are posted on OPRHP's procurement page and the official New York Contract Reporter listing (ID 2134944). Bids are open (not a grant) with a posted date of 2026-05-11 and a response deadline of 2026-07-01.

The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma is soliciting proposals for an Online Benefits Administration System under RFP No. A2026-05. Proposals must be submitted via email to dwprocurement@parkstacoma.gov no later than June 2, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the installation of ultraviolet (UV) sanitation and filtration upgrades at three splash pads located in Pioneer Park, Westgate Park, and John Prince Park. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all material, labor, supervision, permits, and supplies necessary to complete the project. The work must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Work includes installation, repairs, and replacement of site furnishings, playground equipment, and surfacing.
