Traffic signal upgrades, including controller cabinet, mast arms, junction boxes, push buttons, vehicle/pedestrian signal heads, wiring, pavement markings/signing, vehicle detection, traffic control & appurtenant work.

The scope of this project is to provide all necessary hardware, software, programming, equipment, labor, and support to add the identified traffic signal intersections to the City's existing Centracs system. At the completion of the project, each traffic signal identified on the plan sheets shall have a fiber optic connection to City's central management system and shall be fully operational and viewable from the Centracs system.

Work consist of removal and replacement of signals, conduit, installation of ADA compliant sidewalks, removal and replacement of roadway in designated locations, installations of pavement markings.

Traffic signal timing optimization program is a study and implementation program. This program will gather and analyze data of existing travel times and traffic signal timing; perform field observations; develop optimized traffic signal timing plan with optimized time-space diagrams and offset/split tables; research, analyze, recommend, procure, and install traffic signal timing optimization software that can be integrated into traffic management center; implement optimized traffic signal timings in the field; analyze and fine-tune optimized signal timings in the field; gather and analyze data of optimized travel times and traffic signal timing after implementation; benefits analyses, technical analyses, and evaluation of the traffic signal optimization program, implementation, and provide final results. The improvements under this contract consist of , but are not limited to protections (sediment, inlet), concrete (removal, prestressed pole, curb and gutter, traffic separator, sidewalk, driveways), asphalt (milling, resurfacing), drainage (manhole adjust), signing (single-column, panel), pavement markings (rpm, painted, thermoplastic), signalization (pedestrian pedestals, conduit, pull/splice box, cable distribution, aluminum signal poles complete), electrical service (power, wire) and sod

Maintain functioning traffic control and street light systems and provide other construction services for the upgrade of traffic signal equipment. At a minimum this may include work on structural supports, foundations, signal heads, pedestrian signals and call buttons, cabinets, controllers, street lighting and other equipment, pull boxes, conduit, wiring, cables, camera and video detection, vehicle loop detection, electrical service connections, solar related equipment, wireless communications and affixed signs.

The City of Santa Rosa is soliciting contractors to construct a new 4-way traffic signal and a protected intersection at Santa Rosa Avenue and Bellevue Avenue to improve safety and accessibility. Scope includes installing a pedestrian crossing, roadway restriping, and upgrading existing curb ramps to current ADA standards; the project estimate range is approximately $750,000–$2,500,000. The solicitation was posted on May 22, 2026, and proposals are due by June 18, 2026, via the City's official PlanetBids portal.

The City of Minneapolis is soliciting engineering services for a Citywide Traffic Signal Retiming project, including review and analysis of existing conditions, development of optimized signal timing plans, and implementation of timing changes. The solicitation is issued by the City’s Public Works – Traffic & Parking Services and is supported by an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The project has an estimated value range of $250,000 to $1,200,000 and requires documentation of final plans and recommendations.

The City of Fresno is soliciting bids to procure HAWK and other traffic signal equipment for the Cedar Ave at Fountain and Shields intersection, including signal poles, mast arms, and associated hardware. The contract is a product purchase with delivery coordination expected within approximately six weeks after order processing. Bidders must meet business license and product compliance requirements, and the opportunity includes a local business preference.

Monroe County is soliciting bids to remove and replace the traffic signal installation at the Ridgeway Avenue / Lee Road / Latona Road intersection in the Town of Greece, NY. The work includes full traffic signal replacement and associated electrical and pedestrian signal work per the county’s construction specifications. Bids are scheduled to be opened on June 9, 2026, and interested bidders should obtain the specifications and plans via the Monroe County contracts portal.

The City of Watsonville, CA is soliciting bids for routine and emergency maintenance of traffic signals and streetlights, with an initial one-year term and up to two one-year extensions. The City may select multiple on-call contractors and the engineer's estimate is $150,000. Bidders must hold a valid California contractor license (C-10 or A), be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, and provide required insurance documentation.

Clark County, Washington seeks proposals to perform a feasibility study to evaluate transitioning the county and its regional VAST partners to a unified traffic signal controller hardware/software platform and ATMS. The consultant will assess the existing ATMS.now platform against alternative vendor systems, develop a Concept of Operations, and estimate planning-level costs. The procurement requires SAM registration and compliance with WSDOT Intelligent Traffic Systems and Local Agency Guidelines requirements.
