Traffic Signal Management System RFPs

The City of Victoria is soliciting tenders for the installation of fibre optic cabling as part of its traffic signal network infrastructure project (Tender 26-065). The project has an estimated cost of $2,849,661.94 and a project duration of 328 working days. Bids are due August 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time.

The Cape May County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver traffic signal components, parts, and equipment for use by the County's Department of Public Works. Forsyth County, GA is soliciting bids (ITB #26-74-3150) for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment required to install a traffic signal at SR 9 and Hopewell Road. The solicitation is an Invitation to Bid with questions due July 27, 2026 and submissions due August 6, 2026; the opportunity was posted in early July 2026 and is listed as Open on the county procurement portal. Bid documents (solicitation PDF, bid schedule, stamped drawings, and related forms) are listed on the Forsyth County procurement portal but require logging in to download and submissions are handled through the portal's supplier network.

This Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) construction bid letting (Job Number 41025-213211) covers 0.47 miles of hot mix asphalt reconstruction on Newburgh Road between Plymouth Road and Ann Arbor Trail in the City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan. The scope of work includes drainage improvements, traffic signal upgrades, signing, pavement markings, and shared-use path construction, bid through MDOT's July 24, 2026 letting on behalf of the City of Livonia Engineering Department. This is a construction contract (not a grant program) valued at approximately $3.8 million, and bidders must comply with MDOT requirements and the 1300EZ/1381 forms.

The project will install fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ cameras, and traffic signal controllers across four areas of Cook County, Illinois to enable remote access and monitoring capabilities. The contract has 65 working days to complete and carries federal CMAQ project number CMAQ9UJ3(864).

Harris County Municipal Utility District (HCMUD) No. 458 is soliciting sealed bids for the Construction of a Traffic Signal at Elyson Falls Drive at Prospect Oaks Parkway in Harris County, Texas, with project work that includes traffic signal installation, traffic control, signing and striping, and pedestrian ramp construction.
