The selected firm will deliver a documented needs assessment, building program and site layout, conceptual renderings for public presentation, and a defensible cost estimate to support a bond or appropriation article on the March 2027 Town Warrant. The RFQ covers planning, conceptual design, and cost estimating only; the Town will run a separate procurement for final design and construction.

The scope of work includes replacement of boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, an energy plant and associated piping; replacement of VAV boxes, air handler units, VFDs and associated controls; replacement of exhaust fans; and replacement of various pipe gaskets, roof connections and electrical components. The building must remain open and functional during the 720-day contract, with major equipment replacements phased during off-seasons.

The City of Seattle requests applications to establish a Citywide Consultant Roster for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Consulting covering three service categories (Emergency Preparedness Planning and Support Services, Physical Security Analysis/Assessment, and Police Support Services). The roster will be used by City departments to select pre-qualified consultants for individual contracts (each ≤ $410,000 and ≤ $819,000 per year per roster category) and is intended to run through December 31, 2030; consultants must meet minimum qualifications including completion of at least three relevant projects.
