The work includes but is not necessarily limited to performing the following in accordance with the Contract Documents; site excavation to design subbase grade, BBRDF perimeter haul road construction, sidewall berm construction, exposure and maintenance of the Phase 5B/Phase 6A liner tie-in, stone delineation berm construction, clay hauling and direct liner placement and compaction, maintenance of the clay layer surface until installation of geosynthetics, placement of leachate drainage layer stone, installation of stone columns for future vertical gas wells, installation of leachate collection piping, landfill gas collection piping, and leachate forcemain piping, hauling, screening and stockpiling of excavated soils, direct soil placement and grading, rock excavation and stockpiling, implementation and management of storm water management controls and erosion control features, installation of cell perimeter litter fences, geosynthetic unloading, and grading/seeding/fertilizing and site restoration. Any temporary storm water features necessary to carry out and protect this work are considered ancillary to this work and should be included under the General Conditions of the contract.
