Construction of the public safety building.

Carver County is soliciting proposals for an integrated, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) public safety software system including CAD, Mobile, RMS, Civil, and JMS modules. The project includes implementation services, data migration, training, project management, and ongoing support for the Sheriff's office. The county reserves the right to cancel the solicitation and is not obligated to award a contract based on the responses received.

Provide owner's project management services.

The City of Golden Valley is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its police, fire, and emergency management operations and provide recommendations for future staffing and services. The consultant will analyze baseline service levels, calls for service, equipment and fleet, and community expectations to propose optimal staffing models and efficiency improvements. The project is anticipated to take approximately six months, with a planned period of performance from July 22, 2026, to January 29, 2027.

Port Huron Area Public Schools issued an RFP seeking services or equipment related to public safety radio communication systems. The opportunity is identified as RFP-PHA-260000002073-1 and was posted on May 22, 2026. The posting is listed on Michigan’s SIGMA/Advantage vendor portal, which is the state’s official procurement system.

Soliciting bids for an annual contract to supply an estimated 21 public safety response vehicles of varying builds to include emergency upfitting.

The solicitation seeks qualified firms to modernize and improve public safety operations through advanced technology solutions. The procurement is an RFP with an estimated value range of $2,500,000 - $12,000,000.

The work consists in general of replacement of existing boilers, FPE valves, and primary heating pumps, including demolition, installation of new equipment, system reconnections, testing, and startup; with an additive bid alternate for replacement of secondary heating pumps. .

Construction of public safety training academy. Work under this project consists of the construction of a public safety academy for the City of Chesapeake's Police, Fire and Sheriff staff. The academy includes a Class A burn building, a Class A burn material storage, a classroom building, a confined space platform/trench rescue prop, a confined space equipment storage building, drafting pits, a multiuse drill tower with an active threat layouts, a rooftop simulator and gas burn props, a driver training pad, a dumpster pad, an extrication pad, a fire simulation pad, a fire training building.
