Printing services.

The Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services is soliciting proposals for comprehensive printing and mailing services, which also includes the storage and distribution of various materials. This procurement is structured as a Request for Proposals with an estimated value range between $500,000 and $2,000,000. The solicitation is currently open for bids until the end of June 2026.

Provide printing services for the Office of Higher Education (OHE), including printed publications, brochures and related printed materials. Orders will be placed by OHE on an as-needed basis and the order quantities may vary. The term of this contract is anticipated to run from August, 2026 through July, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State.

The City of Garden Grove seeks a qualified vendor to provide on-call printing, translation (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean), and mailing services for municipal communications on an as-needed basis over a three-year term with two one-year options. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s PlanetBids portal and include a single PDF proposal plus a required Excel pricing file and sample work examples. The contract will be awarded as a lump-sum on an as-needed basis and does not guarantee minimum volume.

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified suppliers to provide printing services, including design and mailing services, to serve multiple city departments and be placed on a pre-approved supplier list. Selected suppliers will provide printing, design, and mailing services to approximately 22 city departments and will be evaluated on experience, capacity, and performance metrics.

2026-2027 yearbook publishing and printing services.

Coppell Independent School District is soliciting vendors to provide printing, promotional items, awards, embroidered apparel, and related non-athletic goods and services for inclusion in a vendor catalog. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis with an initial consideration deadline of July 29, 2025, and the solicitation shows an overall close date of May 31, 2028.

Conversion of its current scratch-off ticket program (printing, warehousing, distribution, inside sales, management and related services), and to improve sales and profits, seeking additional contractors to provide scratch-off ticket printing and related services on an as needed basis and/or for specialty games, and to serve as secondary contractor

Ada County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive printing and mail distribution services to support multiple county departments, including production, processing, and distribution of printed materials and mail. The contract period begins May 19, 2026 and runs through September 30, 2027, with services performed primarily at the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building in Boise, ID. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Ada County Bonfire portal; questions are due by 2026-06-01 and proposals are due by 2026-06-15.

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting Statements of Qualifications to provide graphic design, commercial printing, fulfillment, delivery, and direct mailing services for public outreach materials such as postcards, flyers, signage, stickers, social media posts, and newsletters for approximately 18,000 addresses. The contract may run up to three years with two one-year extensions and requires proposers to demonstrate relevant public-agency experience; pricing is submitted under a sealed-bid process. The solicitation was released May 26, 2026 and proposals are due June 10, 2026 by 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Procurement of Graphic & Printing Services, Equipment and Supplies.

The State of Rhode Island is conducting an open-enrollment Master Price Agreement to qualify vendors for offset and digital printing services. The program supports state agencies, quasi-public agencies, municipalities, and school districts with a broad range of print formats and finishes, with work performed by the vendor at its own facilities. Proposals are accepted through August 31, 2026, and the solicitation is not a grant program.

Citywide printing, design, mailing, postage, and related services.

The Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System (IPERS) is soliciting proposals for a vendor to coordinate all aspects of printing services, including printing, collating, folding, warehousing, and mailing. The contract covers two projects that must both be bid and requires secure handling of sensitive personal information. Work will be performed at locations designated by IPERS within Iowa and will commence upon contract award.
