The County of Atlantic is soliciting proposals for election ballot printing services for the 2026 elections, covering all required materials and services. The contract term is scheduled from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, and requires compliance with standard insurance and equal employment opportunity regulations. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the official procurement portal by the June 11, 2026 deadline.

Procurement of comprehensive design, printing, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, and related mass mail-out services.

Provide design, printing, and mailing of bills and other documents, web hosting, maintenance and development services.

Printing of election ballots. The bid term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with the option to renew one (1) additional year.

The WW Word Printing Update is a request for quotation (RFQ) issued by the Procurement, Veteran's Services department. This RFQ replaces RFQ #SCH-25-Q-003 in its entirety.

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is soliciting proposals for large-format printing services to produce interior and exterior vehicle signage, banners, and other agency graphics engineered for industrial environments. The contract features an initial three-year term starting in September 2026 with two one-year options and an estimated value range of $250,000 to $2,500,000. Proposals must be submitted via the RTD procurement portal and comply with specific technical requirements for UV inks and Adobe CC compatibility.

Provide print and mail approx 155,000 mailers/brochures/leaflets.

Purchase of printing press paper and copy paper.

Provide printing and delivery of standard signs-marketing.

Printing Press & Paper Cutter. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source or sources of supply for the purchase of new supplies and/or equipment.

Provide printing and packaging services of the pollbooks (including the authorization to vote (ATV) forms) for election day voting. Atv forms are printed duplex onto 8. 5x14 paper in color.

Provide large format commercial printing services.

Vehicle decal printing and installation. Goal for this project is to print and remove/replace decals for 54 police vehicles.

Construction of six (6) containerized long weapons storage (clws), two (2) box g, and one (1) box h earth-covered, high-explosive magazines including overhead cranes, and incidental related work. Magazine construction will consist of foundations, walls, reinforced concrete floors, entrance and loading aprons, grounding and lightning protection systems; intrusion detection systems (ids) and earth-covering. Site preparations include clearing, rock excavation, grading and fill. Construction will impact existing wetlands and requires mitigation. Work also includes construction of new ordnance operations building, truck inspection, sentry building, and demolition of 18 existing magazines, building 524, and building 393.

Provide banner printing and installation services.
