Paratransit Software RFPs

The City of Charlotte / CATS is soliciting proposals for ADA Paratransit Eligibility Assessment Services to administer and perform eligibility assessments determining whether an individual, because of a disability, cannot reasonably use fixed-route transit for some or all trips. Determinations must be based on functional ability (not exclusively medical diagnosis) and comply with the ADA of 1990 and its implementing regulations. Proposals are due August 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern; the full solicitation is posted on the City of Charlotte's BonfireHub site.

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is soliciting proposals for Paratransit Eligibility Assessment Services to perform in-person ADA paratransit eligibility assessments for applicants to RIPTA's RIde Paratransit Program. The RFP covers the performance of functional eligibility assessments and recommendations for individuals seeking ADA paratransit certification, including pricing structured with renewal-year adjustments based on the prior year's pricing. The active solicitation was issued on July 8, 2026 with bids due by August 11, 2026.

Seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to manage and operate the minot city transit ada-compliant, demand-response paratransit services to comply with our ada paratransit plan.

Removal of old decals and installation of new decals on 45 of paratransit fleet.

Seeks to execute a single-source procurement for continued access to the cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) transit planning and scheduling software platform that provides fast and accurate sketch planning using existing stop infrastructure; instant demographic impact analysis; instant cost estimates based on frequency, timetables, and blocking; unlimited custom data layers and GTFS uploads; public engagement and share features; travel-time isochrone visualizations; title vi engine; export timetables into excel; and consistent and regular product improvements/feature launches.

Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide a Transit Signal Priority Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, as detailed in Attachment 11 of the solicitation. The procurement supports SacRT's transit signal priority infrastructure improvements at intersections in the Sacramento area. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SacRT's PlanetBids Vendor Portal by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 11, 2026.

Paratransit dedicated service.

The Offeror will inspect and monitor production of all ordered vehicles at multiple manufacturing facilities procured through the Consolidated Vehicle Procurement (CVP) Program. The contract resulting from this procurement will have an initial term of 60 months.

Provision of dedicated paratransit services. Contract will commence on 04/01/27 and will terminate five years later.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is soliciting Dedicated Service Providers (DSPs) to operate door-to-door ADA paratransit service (The RIDE) and to maintain MBTA-owned and DSP-provided vehicles. The contract includes a mobilization/transition period (anticipated service start July 1, 2027), a seven-and-a-half year base period beginning January 1, 2027 with options extending through June 30, 2038, and allows bidders to propose service coverage levels (approximately 20%–60% of total annual service hours). Bidders must meet MBTA supplier diversity and insurance requirements; a virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 7, 2026 and proposals are due August 19, 2026.

The Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) issued Request for Proposal 126DH010 seeking a contractor to provide paratransit eligibility determinations and travel training services (the AMAC role). Proposals must be submitted electronically through RTD’s online procurement portal (OpenGov) and respondents must register and download required forms from that portal. Proposals are due by 2:00 pm on Monday, August 3, 2026 (RTD local time).

The Transit Authority of River City has posted an RFP (RFP 20262020) for Paratransit Operations and Management requesting proposers to submit a PDF proposal via the buyer's portal. The solicitation was posted in early February 2026 and remains open with a submission deadline on September 1, 2026. This is a procurement RFP for transit operations services and includes a required proposal file upload on the buyer's opportunity page.

Madison County Transit (Agency for Community Transit) is providing advance public notice for the procurement of 14 light-duty gasoline-powered transit buses configured for paratransit service, with specific dimensional and interior specifications. The posting indicates an estimated IFB release in February 2026 and that procurement documents are not yet available. The opportunity is open (advance notice) with a submission deadline listed as August 31, 2026.

Program seeks proposals to operate, provide administration and maintenance facilities and enhance current program delivery and technology components of the Traditional Service of its paratransit program known as Bee-Line Paratransit.

New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is soliciting proposals for Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) services to register NBU as a Subordinate QSE and provide scheduling, settlement, CRR account management, ancillary services bidding, and communication with ERCOT. The selected QSE will handle scheduling of energy, capacity and ancillary service trades, manage NBU’s Congestion Revenue Rights account, and perform associated settlement and market-information duties. The contract is expected to be one year with up to four additional one-year renewal terms and proposals are due July 17, 2026 (see submission deadline below).
