The term of the contract(s) will be five (5) years with a four (4) year option to renew.

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services for its Headquarters and Central Laboratory Facilities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The work covers engineering support for the District's headquarters building and central laboratory facility, both located at 260 W. Seeboth St., Milwaukee, WI 53204. The selected consultant will provide as-needed engineering expertise across multiple disciplines to support facility operations and maintenance.

The County of Hawaii is soliciting competitive bids for an Exterior Painting Services Price Term Agreement covering County facilities across the island (the Big Island), including the districts of Hāmākua, North Hilo, South Hilo, Puna, Ka'ū, North Kohala, South Kohala, and Kona. Interested vendors must register with the County's OpenGov e-procurement portal and submit pricing for all labor, materials, and supplies needed to perform exterior painting on existing County buildings. Bids are due electronically via the County of Hawaii Procurement Portal by July 23, 2026, after which the County will evaluate submissions and award a price-term agreement contract.

The City of Vancouver is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of a new Collingwood Park Fieldhouse and Washroom Facilities in Vancouver, British Columbia. The project, managed on behalf of the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, involves the construction of a new fieldhouse at Collingwood Park to replace the existing facility and includes public washrooms, program space, and storage space to support park operations. This is an active construction services solicitation issued through the City of Vancouver's procurement portal hosted on JAGGAER.

Alvin Community College is soliciting statements of qualifications for "Facilities Professionals for Maintenance Tax Note Projects," seeking firms to provide professional services for upgrades and possible remodels of four campus buildings. Selected firms will be placed into a 5-year pool and may be assigned projects on a project-by-project basis; the college has retained a lead architect and reserves the right to cancel or waive irregularities. Questions are due mid-July and electronic responses are due in late July as listed on the buyer posting.

Placer County Water Agency issued Construction #2026-03, “Foresthill Facilities Center Mid-Shop Renovation,” a solicitation for interior renovation of the Foresthill Facilities Center including demolition, new architectural features, and upgrades to electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems per plans and specifications by Calpo Hom & Dong Architects. The solicitation is a construction procurement (not a grant) with an estimated value range of roughly $250,000–$900,000 and proposals due on September 2, 2026. The posting directs bidders to review the full plans/specifications and submit proposals according to the solicitation instructions; primary solicitation documents must be requested from the buyer’s posting system (PublicPurchase).

York County, South Carolina is soliciting proposals for Food and Beverage Vending Services for its county facilities. The vendor will provide, install, maintain, and stock food and beverage vending machines across multiple county-owned buildings. The contract includes renewal pricing provisions tied to consumer price index periods.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting competitive bids for radiology and electrocardiogram (EKG) reading services to support patient care at HHSC facilities throughout Texas. The awarded contractor will provide radiology reads for X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, plus EKG readings, with timely reporting of findings to the designated HHSC facilities in compliance with all applicable state regulations. Responses must be submitted electronically through the HHS Online Bid Room no later than 10:30 AM Central Time on July 20, 2026; the resulting contract will be effective for 12 months from award with options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

The City of Pacifica is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial services across fourteen city-owned or leased facilities in Pacifica, California. The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for cleaning, trash removal, and restroom maintenance, with services scheduled after normal business hours and minimal disruption to city operations. The initial contract period is three years with optional annual renewals for two additional one-year terms.

The New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) issued an open-ended RFP seeking qualified vendors to operate drop-in facilities for homeless single adults across New York City, providing case management, housing assistance, food, showers and other supportive services using a housing-first approach. Contracts have a five-year base term with a four-year renewal option; DHS requires vendors to demonstrate site control for the initial term and comply with reporting, fire-safety training, inventory, and HVAC standards. The solicitation is posted on PASSPort and is an open-ended RFP with no firm close date listed, with proposals submitted through the PASSPort system.

Halifax Regional Municipality has issued a Request for Standing Offer (HRM-2026-0336) for Asphalt Paving Work at Various Municipal Facilities, classified as a Services bid for a 12-month term. This is a contract solicitation for asphalt paving services — not a grant program — and bids must be submitted online through the Halifax bids&tenders portal. The question deadline is July 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM ADT, and bid submissions close on July 20, 2026.

The City of Graysville, Alabama is soliciting sealed bids for Natural Gas Facilities Replacement, Phase 3 (Owner Solicitation Number 472-GR). The scope of work includes one 6-inch hot-tap connection, nine 4-inch hot-tap connections, installation of eight new district regulating stations with two regulator/monitor runs and a relief valve each, removal of eight existing regulating stations, and miscellaneous related items. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with sealed bids due by August 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM; a 5% bid bond is required.

Metra has issued an RFP (Ref. 204987) titled "Operation and Maintenance of Metra Commuter Parking Facilities" seeking proposals to operate and maintain its commuter parking facilities. The solicitation requires a maintenance agreement, technical proposal, price proposal, and affidavits/certifications and references an RFP bid package PDF as supporting documentation. The opportunity opened mid-July 2026 and proposals (and intent-to-bid) are due August 10, 2026, with questions due July 20, 2026.

Metra (the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation) has issued RFP No. 204987 seeking a qualified vendor to operate and maintain its approximately 9,500 commuter parking spaces across Metra-owned facilities in the Chicago metropolitan area. The selected operator will be responsible for routine maintenance, revenue collection, lot management, and related services, with the resulting agreement intended as a ten-year contract beginning November 1, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Metra's Bonfirehub procurement portal by the deadline of 4:00 PM CDT on August 10, 2026.
