Develop a Lease Parcel for Nonaeronautical Facilities (Hotel).

The City of Corvallis is seeking sealed, qualifications-based proposals for design and engineering services for municipal airport facility improvements at Corvallis Municipal Airport. The scope of work covers preliminary/environmental, design, bidding/negotiation, and construction phases for the facility. This solicitation is identified as RFP #PW 2026-011 and is a procurement for professional services rather than a grant program.

The Alabama National Guard (State Military Department) issued an Invitation to Bid to establish a contract for annual roof inspections at designated armories and associated facilities across the state's North region. The contractor shall perform annual inspections, document deficiencies with photos and condition ratings, provide recommended corrective actions and estimated timelines, and perform ad-hoc inspections for reported leaks at agreed rates; no repair work may be done without written owner approval. The agreement term is one year from execution with options to extend annually and bidders must hold specified insurance and state licensing.

Sports facilities cleaning. Daily cleaning bid are as follows: * HTHS soccer facility - total square footage - 1. 478 sq. Ft. Soccer restrooms - 578 sq. Ft. Soccer locker rooms - 900 sq. Ft.

Work includes on-call plumbing service for village-owned facilities.

The Wake County Public School System is seeking contractors to provide hardwood floor refinishing services, including gym sanding, sealing, and repainting of game lines and school emblems. Contractors must possess MFMA membership, at least five years of experience, and provide their own power and dust control equipment. The contract period is scheduled to run from July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with options for two one-year extensions.

The Town of Cary (Public Works) requests proposals for janitorial maintenance services at various Town-owned facilities, including daily cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor care (stripping/buffing/waxing), monthly deep cleaning, and emergency/extra service response; contractors must supply cleaning consumables and meet safety/insurance requirements. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals. Questions are due June 26, 2026; final proposals are due July 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time.

The New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) issued an open-ended RFP seeking qualified vendors to operate drop-in facilities for homeless single adults across New York City, providing case management, housing assistance, food, showers and other supportive services using a housing-first approach. Contracts have a five-year base term with a four-year renewal option; DHS requires vendors to demonstrate site control for the initial term and comply with reporting, fire-safety training, inventory, and HVAC standards. The solicitation is posted on PASSPort and is an open-ended RFP with no firm close date listed, with proposals submitted through the PASSPort system.
