Berkeley County School District seeks a qualified supplier to provide a variety of refrigerants for district-wide facilities under RFQ #10350 (26-27). This is a one-time, non-renewable supply contract not to exceed $100,000, requiring delivery to designated warehouse locations and compliance with EPA and state refrigerant handling and disposal regulations. The operator will operate and manage the Facilities and related equipment on behalf of the Authority. The Operator shall be required to operate and manage the Facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week (including weekends and holidays), with sufficient personnel to ensure an effective, efficient, courteous, and convenient parking operation for visitors, as measured by agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to uptime, transaction speed, throughput and DSC (debt service coverage). The initial term of the Agreement shall be for five (5) years. The Authority anticipates that the Agreement will have two one-year renewal options. The anticipated contract commencement date is January 1, 2027.

The City of Madison (AL) issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) titled "Janitorial Services for City Facilities" to procure janitorial services for multiple city facilities. The solicitation is an offline/ sealed-bid process with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled (Conference Room 130, Madison City Hall) and bids due on 2026-08-05 at 5:00 PM local time. Vendors must register and download solicitation documents via the City’s ProcureWare portal and submit sealed bids to the City’s Bid Coordinator at Madison City Hall.

The University of Iowa is soliciting proposals for generator maintenance, repair, testing, and compliance services for its Facilities Management department covering 47 generators. The vendor must provide routine preventative maintenance, as-needed and emergency services, maintain a preventative maintenance program, document services performed, and comply with ICC/IBC/IFC, NFPA 110, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable EPA requirements. The City of Ontario, California has issued a Request for Proposals seeking qualified firms to provide professional services for the operation of its drinking water treatment facilities and wastewater treatment facilities for the 2027-2029 period.
