Procurement of a systemwide Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and security operations across four library locations.

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking physical security assessments for government-owned and leased facilities across Saskatchewan, including correctional, health, and educational sites. The project requires a minimum of five to seven building assessments to be completed annually. This solicitation is a continuous onboarding Request for Pre-Qualification (RFSQ) allowing for ongoing vendor participation through late 2026.

Work includes renovation of two restrooms and new construction of one restroom facility addition at the pool house; removal of a previous addition to the original pump house and the construction of a new addition with new toilet facilities and office. Project includes reinforcement of structural floor joists and floor repair.

Dane County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the lease and development of aviation facilities at shovel-ready sites at the Dane County Regional Airport. Multiple proposers may be selected to develop designated areas, with the county intending to finalize agreements by September 1, 2026, and target project completion by April 1, 2028. The solicitation follows FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and requires proposals to be submitted by June 25, 2026.

Supply and install signage throughout various County buildings. Items include - 1 EA supply signage type A; 1 EA supply signage type B; 10 EA supply signage type c; 10 EA supply signage type D; 10 EA supply signage type E; see attached file.

Irving Independent School District is soliciting proposals to establish a pool of qualified vendors for as-needed general maintenance and facilities services across the district. The scope covers various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair, locksmith services, and automotive repair. The contract term is for one year with options for four additional one-year renewals, totaling a maximum of five years.

Provide capital facilities planning consultant.

Regular or temporary rental, portable sanitation facility.

The University of Oklahoma issued RFP-2026-375 seeking qualified suppliers to provide skilled and unskilled temporary labor for facilities management, housing, and food-service operations. Proposers must provide hourly-rate pricing for various labor categories and meet specific background-check and insurance requirements. Multiple awards are anticipated to support high-volume events and general labor needs across the university's campuses.

The University of Iowa is soliciting proposals to supply treated roadway salt for Facilities Management to ensure campus safety during winter, supporting annual needs of roughly 500-1,000 tons per season. The procurement requires treated salt effective to -20°F, timely deliveries, inventory management, contingency planning, and proof of insurance and financials. The contract term begins August 1 for five years with options for three one-year extensions.

The FBI (Redstone Arsenal) issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry feedback for the Facilities Technology Management (FTM) effort to support and modernize facilities management systems (including TRIRIGA, which approaches end-of-life). The government requests capabilities assessments, operations and maintenance support for secondary applications, system comparisons, cost modeling, interoperability analysis, and a written assessment with recommendations; responses will inform a future procurement. This notice is a presolicitation RFI for information and planning only (not a grant or solicitation) and does not obligate the government or reimburse response costs.

Work includes 500 LF furnish and install reinforced filter fabric fence behind all back of curb as per the plans; 1 LS provide final grading of park site, to include top soil stripping, excavation, on-site hauling, placement; 4,300 SF furnish and install 4-inch (4") thick concrete sidewalk as per the plans; 3 ea furnish and install ada ramp as per the plan; 30,851 SF furnish and install bermuda grass seed within park as per the plans; 4 EA furnish and install live oak, 45 gal., 2.5" cal. Provision of rental services for maintenance uniforms.

Region 4 ESC is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Facilities Management Software and Solutions contract to provide asset management, work order and preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory control, reporting and analytics, training and integration services. The initial contract term is three years starting 2026-09-01 with options to renew for up to two additional years. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Region 4 ESC's procurement portal; a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 2026-05-21 via Zoom.

Work includes all necessary actions to deliver fully functional, automated backup power systems, including-but not limited to-the procurement of generators and automatic transfer switches (ats), concrete construction, natural gas piping and boring, and electrical integration.

Newberry County is soliciting sealed proposals for comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for county-owned facilities, including preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and parts replacement. The solicitation (No. 2026-09) was posted on May 7, 2026, and proposals are due by June 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. Interested parties are encouraged to conduct site visits, and inquiries should be directed to Crystal Waldrop.
