Description: Work consist of 213 sf of install concrete washpour, 3 sf of vertical / overhead spall repair, 50 lf of cmu wall rout and seal, beam ledge repairs , 144 lf of replace facade sealant / vertical sealant, 186 lf of replace expansion joint (epoxy bonded), 25,500 sf of install new traffic coating (urethane based), 500 sf of repair / replace existing traffic coating (urethane based), 254 lf of repaint curbs, 2,225 sf of repaint interior cmu walls, 10,685 sf of repaint interior concrete surfaces, 461,620 sf of power wash interior surface, 2,613 sf of repair / replace damaged floor tiles.
