JANITORIAL SERVICES AT VARIOUS CITY-OWNED FACILITIES

Description: The City of Pacifica is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial services across fourteen city-owned or leased facilities in Pacifica, California. The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for cleaning, trash removal, and restroom maintenance, with services scheduled after normal business hours and minimal disruption to city operations. The initial contract period is three years with optional annual renewals for two additional one-year terms.
