This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of pool chemicals to commercial aquatic facilities in Florida. Hotel & Meeting Facilities Capability.

Seeking commercial banks and other financial institutions that may be interested in (1) providing credit and/or liquidity facilities in connection with the issuance by the commission of san francisco international airport bonds and commercial paper notes (bonds) and/or (2) making a direct purchase of bonds.

Pest control services for districts facilities.

The University of Iowa is soliciting proposals for generator maintenance, repair, testing, and compliance services for its Facilities Management department covering 47 generators. The vendor must provide routine preventative maintenance, as-needed and emergency services, maintain a preventative maintenance program, document services performed, and comply with ICC/IBC/IFC, NFPA 110, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable EPA requirements. The solicitation (No. 18602) was issued 2026-06-24 and requires electronic submission via the University's eBid system; questions are due by 2026-07-08 and proposals close on 2026-07-22 (Purchasing contact: Tiara Phillips).

Demolition of existing FMO Buildings: FMO Plant Facility H9, Plant Facility Main Office K9A, and Plant Facility K9B. Relocation of storage containers and trade specific equipment, demolition and removal of asphalt, concrete, free standing canopy structure, trees, abandoned underground tank, domestic, irrigation, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water lines, fire hydrant, gutters, baler, diesel cube, site lighting. New Construction of a Type III-B, Fully Sprinklered, B, F-1, S-2 Occupancies, 1- Story Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations Building with shops and office areas with an area of 37,840 SF. All new FMO Offices, workshops, paint booth, and storage areas will be occupied by Information Technology (IT), Shipping and Receiving, FMO Staff (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Paint, Locksmith, Carpentry, Gardeners, and Automotive Departments). FMO workshops, meeting rooms, lobbies, restrooms, are used by school staff only and are not for student educational use. New site work, hardscaping, landscaping, and irrigation. Installation of new electric security gate, ornamental iron-gate, vehicular gate, fuel tanks, diesel fuel storage, roll up doors, and steel canopy. Hardscape service yard area exclusively to FMO services and use.

Plumbing Maintenance and Construction (Facilities).

Provide landscaping and maintenance services for City-owned facilities and properties. Services may include, but are not limited to, horticultural landscape services, turf maintenance, tree and shrub maintenance, ground cover and beds, general landscape services, mulching, irrigation services, and other related landscape maintenance services.

Electrical work for various wastewater facilities.

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (Office of the Circuit Executive for the D.C. Circuit) issued a Sources Sought RFI to identify hotels and meeting facilities capable of supporting the biannual bench and bar circuit judicial conference (June 27–30, 2028) for ~400–450 participants. The government seeks 4-star equivalent venues outside the DMV area that meet safety, accessibility, and registration requirements and requires direct submissions from hotels (no brokers/third parties). The RFI is for market research/planning purposes (not a grant) and responses may be used to shape a future solicitation.

Perform repair or preventative maintenance of facility equipment or systems and those parts required for repair or preventative maintenance for facilities. Also includes Roofing Services and Facility Control Services, which encompass predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance of proprietary facility control systems used to manage building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and temperature controls.

The City of Madison (AL) issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) titled "Janitorial Services for City Facilities" to procure janitorial services for multiple city facilities. The solicitation is an offline/ sealed-bid process with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled (Conference Room 130, Madison City Hall) and bids due on 2026-08-05 at 5:00 PM local time. Vendors must register and download solicitation documents via the City’s ProcureWare portal and submit sealed bids to the City’s Bid Coordinator at Madison City Hall.

Project consists of the construction of 6' concrete sidewalk on the north side of us 250 and an 11' asphalt shared use path. Project also includes traffic signal improvements, traffic control, grading, and drainage improvements. Total project length is 5,693 feet.

Outside contracted services - facilities management.

Palm Beach County Department of Airports issued RFP RFP-120-DOA 26-6-1 titled "Airport Facilities & Systems Consultant Services" to procure consultant services (architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscape design and related systems) for its airports. The solicitation was posted on 2026-06-22 and proposals are due July 22, 2026, with associated pre-bid and question deadlines in July 2026. The buyer's official posting is on Palm Beach County's Vendor Self Service system (VSS) and no primary PDF/doc link was publicly discoverable in the sources reviewed.

RFP 26-PW02, Facilities Landscaping & Maintenance Services is issued by the State of Georgia through its Department of Administrative Services. The solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services for various State-owned facilities and properties. Proposals are due by July 30, 2026, with the opportunity having been posted on July 9, 2026.

Provide janitorial services.

Berkeley County School District seeks a qualified supplier to provide a variety of refrigerants for district-wide facilities under RFQ #10350 (26-27). This is a one-time, non-renewable supply contract not to exceed $100,000, requiring delivery to designated warehouse locations and compliance with EPA and state refrigerant handling and disposal regulations. Bid/Submittal is due July 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time and questions are directed to Christy Davis, CPPB.

Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscape design services.

Mansfield ISD is soliciting proposals for facilities and transportation maintenance supplies and services under RFP No. 27-006. This is a negotiated procurement with awards made incrementally during the solicitation period and vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. The solicitation was issued on 2026-07-13 and lists Sacha Loudermilk as the buyer contact for the opportunity.
