RFI - Hotel & Meeting Facilities Capability

Description: The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (Office of the Circuit Executive for the D.C. Circuit) issued a Sources Sought RFI to identify hotels and meeting facilities capable of supporting the biannual bench and bar circuit judicial conference (June 27–30, 2028) for ~400–450 participants. The government seeks 4-star equivalent venues outside the DMV area that meet safety, accessibility, and registration requirements and requires direct submissions from hotels (no brokers/third parties). The RFI is for market research/planning purposes (not a grant) and responses may be used to shape a future solicitation.
