This solicitation aims to provide supportive services and transitional housing management for the community located in Bent County.

Facilities Services Defensible Space & Roadside Treatment 2026.

Provide facilities assessment for clinic and housing units. Seeking qualified architectural, engineering, or facilities assessment firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of HH's clinic building, associated medical support structures, and housing units. The assessment will support planning, capital improvements, health and safety upgrades, and pursuit of grant funding from federal, state, and tribal sources.

Work will consists of exterior painting services for various municipal buildings and structures include surface preparation, patching, stucco repairs, and protective coatings to address wear and extend the life of existing structures.

Montgomery County Government issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB #1195948) for window cleaning services at county facilities, covering interior, exterior, and elevator shaft cleaning across listed garage locations and buildings. The solicitation is reserved for vendors registered in Montgomery County's Local Small Business Reserve Program and will be issued/managed through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group; registration on BidNet is required to view documents and submit electronic responses. Bids are due June 18, 2026, and the posting date is May 15, 2026.

Provide consultant services to aid the District in reviewing its Facilities Master plan and applying for the partnership program.
