The County of Orange (John Wayne Airport) is soliciting Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services to perform comprehensive facilities security improvements at John Wayne Airport, including replacement/modernization of security systems, a new fiber-optic loop and supporting IT infrastructure, upgraded video surveillance and access control, and installation of additional cameras. The solicitation requires firms to meet stated minimum qualifications and deliver all services in the Scope of Work. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the County eProcurement portal and the solicitation lists a Q&A process and addenda posted to the portal.

The Montgomery County Department of General Services (Division of Facilities Management) seeks a contractor to provide refuse and recycling collection services for over 400 County-owned and County-leased facilities. This is a Request for Bid titled "UMD Facilities Management Kirby Plaza LED Upgrade" to purchase and deliver LED lighting for Kirby Plaza at the University of Minnesota Duluth. The solicitation was broadcast on 2026-07-13 and is issued by the University of Minnesota / UMD Facilities Management via the university procurement portal. Proposals are due on 2026-07-28 and the solicitation documents appear to be provided through the university procurement system (registration required) rather than as a public PDF on aggregator pages.

The City of Graysville, Alabama is soliciting sealed bids for Natural Gas Facilities Replacement, Phase 3 (Owner Solicitation Number 472-GR). The scope of work includes one 6-inch hot-tap connection, nine 4-inch hot-tap connections, installation of eight new district regulating stations with two regulator/monitor runs and a relief valve each, removal of eight existing regulating stations, and miscellaneous related items. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with sealed bids due by August 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM; a 5% bid bond is required.

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Campus Facilities Master Plan for its campus in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The selected consultant will analyze existing facilities, assess current and future space needs, and produce a strategic long-range plan to guide capital investments and facility improvements. This procurement is administered through PennBid, the official e-procurement portal for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).

The National Air Security Operations Center (NASOC) San Angelo MU-2 Hanga is being renovated as an independent Design/Build (DB) construction contract. To support additional UAS aircraft being based at this location, the existing UAS hangar requires interior improvements by renovating hangar spaces for administrative areas, HVAC upgrades, UPS systems, eight UAS CGCS rooms, locker rooms with showers, a fitness room, fire suppression, M/E systems, integrated security, raised floors, armory renovation, and installation of a 10-ton gantry crane. Existing temporary facilities may require decommissioning and will be negotiated later. Additional UAS are scheduled for delivery Q3 FY28; therefore, it is essential to renovate the hangar to create ground control station rooms prior to Q3 FY28.

Metra has issued an RFP (Ref. 204987) titled "Operation and Maintenance of Metra Commuter Parking Facilities" seeking proposals to operate and maintain its commuter parking facilities. The solicitation requires a maintenance agreement, technical proposal, price proposal, and affidavits/certifications and references an RFP bid package PDF as supporting documentation. The opportunity opened mid-July 2026 and proposals (and intent-to-bid) are due August 10, 2026, with questions due July 20, 2026.
