The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection seeks to establish a five-year, multiple-award IDIQ for Low-Energy Portal and Multi-Energy Portal systems. The scope includes equipment, delivery, installation and civil works, testing, system interconnectivity, lifecycle support, warranties, and related services to modernize inspection systems at border crossings. This is an active pre-solicitation notice only—not a request to submit offers—and CBP anticipates releasing the formal RFP in the first quarter of FY 2027.
