Description: Demolition of existing FMO Buildings: FMO Plant Facility H9, Plant Facility Main Office K9A, and Plant Facility K9B. Relocation of storage containers and trade specific equipment, demolition and removal of asphalt, concrete, free standing canopy structure, trees, abandoned underground tank, domestic, irrigation, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water lines, fire hydrant, gutters, baler, diesel cube, site lighting. New Construction of a Type III-B, Fully Sprinklered, B, F-1, S-2 Occupancies, 1- Story Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations Building with shops and office areas with an area of 37,840 SF. All new FMO Offices, workshops, paint booth, and storage areas will be occupied by Information Technology (IT), Shipping and Receiving, FMO Staff (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Paint, Locksmith, Carpentry, Gardeners, and Automotive Departments). FMO workshops, meeting rooms, lobbies, restrooms, are used by school staff only and are not for student educational use. New site work, hardscaping, landscaping, and irrigation. Installation of new electric security gate, ornamental iron-gate, vehicular gate, fuel tanks, diesel fuel storage, roll up doors, and steel canopy. Hardscape service yard area exclusively to FMO services and use.
