Drop-In Facilities for Homeless Single Adults - (RFP)

Description: Proposers may propose to develop and operate new drop-in facilities for street homeless single adults and/or adult couples without minor children, and pregnant women. The Owner works to prevent homelessness before it occurs, address street homelessness, and assist in transitioning from shelter and street homelessness to permanent housing. The term of the contract(s) will be five (5) years with a four (4) year option to renew.
