Proposals for the assessment, cleanup, and redevelopment of brownfields sites.

SEPTA seeks market input for a future contract to remediate sinkholes along the Norristown High Speed Line (NHSL) where karst topography has caused track instability. The scope includes limited‑mobility grout injection, extensive surveying, continuous movement monitoring, track protection, cleanup and restoration, and required Railroad Protective Work (RWP) training. The RFI opened on 2026-05-13 and a contractor briefing occurred on 2026-05-15; no firm close date is provided (TBD).

The Texas Workforce Commission is soliciting bids to remove an existing single-compressor refrigeration unit and replace it with a 2-stage compressor for a kitchen walk-in cooler at 4800 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin. The project includes modifications to the existing roof curb and requires all labor, materials, and supervision to be completed within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated value of the contract ranges from $45,000 to $120,000 and must be performed with minimal disruption to the occupied building.

The work to be performed will include cap grouting at the rock surface and compaction grouting up to an elevation at or just below the existing ground surface at sixteen (16) primary injection points, as well as secondary and/or tertiary injection points, if needed and approved by the engineer.

Perform residential remediation services. Some or all of the following services may be required for individual projects, such as: Roof repair/replacement, Exterior wall repair, Interior repair (floor, ceiling, wall), Foundation or subspace repair, exterior drainage repairs (landscaping or gutters), Plumbing repair, Electrical repair, Clean-up or remediation beyond typical scope of WAP - a. Lead paint, b. Asbestos (confirmed or suspected, including vermiculite), c. Mold and/or moisture, d. other. See attached file.

Burnsville 676 PFAS remediation.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, is requesting proposals for environmental surveillance and remediation services at Department of Defense facilities. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to execute and document results for environmental remediation projects. The planned contract consists of a five-year base period with a contemplated total value of $45,000,000 to be shared across the contract pool.

The work plan shall describe methods and procedures for dismantling, demolishing, and/or removing structures and equipment designated for disposal, and restoration of the site.

The Department of the Air Force issued Solicitation FA302226R0014 for a design-build roof replacement of Building 155 at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The project involves replacing the existing roof with a TPO single-ply membrane system, including insulation, gutters, and downspouts to eliminate all weather-borne leaks. This opportunity is a Total Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $300,000 and $500,000.

The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the Repair LRS Hazmat Roof. Demolish the existing roof assembly down to the metal roof deck. The contractor shall take care to not damage existing metal roof deck. This includes the coping, flashing, and existing material on roof edge and parapet wall. Each and every structure “to remain” on the roof, including: parapets, fans, vents, and other equipment must either be removed and reinstalled or protected from damage during demolition and new work. Demolish existing gutter system and downspouts. Demolish both existing metal overhangs over metal louvers located on the rear of the facility. Demolish existing overhang structure covering the entrance and roll up door. This shall include the entirety of the overhang including structural members of the overhang. The contractor shall protect existing wall and columns during demolition. See attached file.

Provide informal abatement services.

Work include renovation of (6) six residential two-story apartments. Work consists of new kitchens and bathrooms, doors, and all finishes. Mep upgrades.

Dust abatement on gravel roads.

The National Park Service issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for professional conservation services to evaluate and remediate mold from the museum collection at Vicksburg National Military Park. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Proposals are due by June 5, 2026, and selection will be based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.

Remediate mold.

Upgrade Building 71 Restrooms for ADA Compliance. Renovate spaces and replace fixtures to meet ADA compliance in the building 71 restrooms to include; To Remodel restrooms, Lead paint remediation, determine if asbestos abatement is required and Asbestos abatement as determined by VA.

The Department of State seeks firm-fixed-price contractor quotations to remediate life-safety deficiencies on TT300 sliding vehicle gates at the U.S. Consulate Naha to meet UL 325 and ASTM F2200 standards. Work includes constructing retaining wall extensions, installing IR sensors and safety-edge switches, and integrating these devices into the existing gate control system. The project aims to eliminate run-out, entrapment, and tip-over hazards through these specific safety upgrades.

Work includes installation of a comprehensive storm water management system, including underground piping, catch basins, and subsurface detention infrastructure, as well as associated site grading and roadway restoration.

Nuisance/abandoned property remediation fund.
