The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the Repair LRS Hazmat Roof. Demolish the existing roof assembly down to the metal roof deck. The contractor shall take care to not damage existing metal roof deck. This includes the coping, flashing, and existing material on roof edge and parapet wall. Each and every structure “to remain” on the roof, including: parapets, fans, vents, and other equipment must either be removed and reinstalled or protected from damage during demolition and new work.
