The scope of work includes the abatement of asbestos-containing and PCB-containing materials of the approx 44,498 SF. The work includes the handling and disposal of hazardous building materials, including but not limited to asbestos-containing materials and PCB-containing materials.

Demolition of properties. Environmental abatement, disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials, select structure demolition, disconnection of utilities, and Site restoration.

Project consists of demolition. Work will include hazardous materials abatement of lead paint, asbestos-containing building materials, pcb-containing materials, universal hazardous wastes, and other materials requiring special handling and disposal, as well as demolition of existing structures and appurtenances.

Seeking proposals from qualified companies to perform Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Pre-Renovation Survey with bulk sampling and project and air monitoring and clearances for government funded purchase and rehabilitation projects. Project Description: the project will consist of residential homes built. ACM Pre-Renovation Survey with bulk sampling. Samples will be collected according to State Code Rule 56 on substrates subject to disturbance, removal, or renovation. 2. Project and Air Monitoring: oversee asbestos contractor is complying with the scope, timing, phasing and/or remediation/abatement methods and verifying the completeness of any asbestos project. 3. ACM clearance air sampling, including background samples and final samples for all projects where survey has been completed and ACM was found to be present. Note: For any projects greater than 160 SF, daily air samples and monitoring will be required in addition to background and final samples. Preference will be given to firms that can provide tiered fees as opposed to on a per project basis.

Provide environmental remediation services. Requested services may include remediation of lead-based paint, microbial growth, pigeon droppings, animal dander or wastes, animal carcasses, wet/water damaged materials, asbestos containing products and other hazardous substances that may require remediation. Also included is asbestos safety operations and maintenance.

The work plan shall describe methods and procedures for performing soil remediation, disposal, and restoration. Disposal methods must be detailed by the contractor for all sites including the identification of all disposal facilities where waste and debris is to be shipped. Disposal sampling and paperwork is the responsibility of the contractor.

The Massachusetts Department of Fish and Game (with the Department of Conservation and Recreation) seeks qualified vendors to perform preliminary environmental site examinations, hazardous materials screening, and hazardous materials remediation to form a Qualified Contractors List. The procurement is fee-for-service with work awarded on a project-by-project basis and a maximum contract/project duration noted as up to eight years.

This RFQ seeks statements of qualifications to create a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of subcontractors to provide residential remediation services for CTWAP Region 2 covering 2026–2028. Subcontractors will perform repair and mitigation services addressing health, safety, and structural conditions outside typical weatherization work. The QVL will be used for subsequent solicitations and the RFQ is being administered through the State of Connecticut procurement system.

Work involves exterior building envelope repairs and improvements.

This Request for Qualifications seeks contractors to provide residential remediation services, including lead, asbestos, and mold abatement, for the Connecticut Weatherization Assistance Program in Fairfield and New Haven counties. The solicitation aims to establish a Qualified Vendor List for the 2026–2028 term to support energy efficiency and safety repairs in residential properties. Selected vendors will be assigned work through mini-competitions or rotational calls based on program needs and compliance with federal standards.

The Utah Transit Authority is seeking a qualified team to assess, design, and implement improvements to electrical distribution systems at multiple operations and maintenance facilities. The project aims to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant systems across Weber, Salt Lake, and Utah counties through a Master Task Ordering Agreement. The contract is expected to commence in July 2026 with an initial three-year term and two optional one-year extensions.

The U.S. Embassy in Conakry (Department of State) issued Solicitation PR16006360 requesting remediation services to restore a stormwater retention pond by removing vegetation and excavating up to 400 cubic meters of soil. The project requires the relocation of soil for landscaping and site restoration within a 14-day performance period. Proposals are being evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and must be submitted via email by June 2, 2026.

Work include demolition, 498 CY of waste excavation and grading, 1,500 CY of waste stockpile grading, 4,260 CY of import fill and final grading, landscape maintenance, tree protection and pruning, 69,620 SF of hydroseeding.

Seeking qualified firms to abate graffiti from private properties for the city.

Non-destructive and destructive testing and to conduct the surveys for the following hazardous materials: Mold.

The asbestos will need to be removed per state and federal regulations before proper demolition and disposed of separately from the demolition waste. The scope of this abatement project will include removal of the asbestos materials, abatement materials, OSHA air sampling, and disposal of the asbestos materials as per the survey.

Provide environmental health remediation service district wide to fulfill all the details of remediation for fire, water, and mold to bring the area back to normal conditions.
