Removal and disposal of asbestos-containing floor tile.

The project includes Hospital Asbestos Abatement - Provide all material, labor, and equipment to remove and dispose of asbestos containing flooring, flooring mastics, wall tile adhesives, and pipe insulation in various locations throughout the building.

Procurement of asbestos abatement and disposal services for Oscarson Elementary School and Circleville Elementary School.

Provide demolition and asbestos abatement services for the structure.

Provide consulting, project management, air monitoring, collecting and testing samples, but not limited to, asbestos, lead, mold, mold spores, fungi and other indoor air quality situations. Also, if the need arises in addition to the materials and contaminants listed, any consulting, project management, air monitoring collecting and testing samples not listed will be done on a negotiated basis

The scope of work is to replace fan coils and unit ventilator units which have exceeded their life expectancy with new units that include energy recovery, EC motors and fresh air ventilation levels with controls for the mechanical systems that will integrate into the campus-wide BMS system. Heat exchangers, water pumps equipped with VFDs, and dual temperature water piping from the risers to the FCs are also part of the scope. To facilitate the new VAV duct systems and the new FCUs on the affected floors, new accessible ceilings in corridors and in some perimeter, rooms will be specified for replacement of existing ceilings. Where fan coils are being removed, the flooring will be replaced to avoid unsightly patch. Work includes but is not limited to Demolition, Roofing, Spray Fireproofing, Carpentry, Resilient flooring, and Painting.

Provide hazmat other materials disposal - open class services across district sites, as necessary, for fiscal years 2026-2029. Hazardous-material pickup, removal, disposal, and documentation for oil, water drums, science classroom chemicals, and similar district-generated materials.

Provide hazmat building materials disposal - class 9 services across district sites, as necessary, for fiscal years 2026-2029.

Work includes asbestos abatement prior to flooring renovations, removal and disposal of all asbestos floor tile, non-asbestos floor tile mastic, and non-asbestos carpet materials.

SUNY Upstate Medical University is soliciting asbestos abatement Project Monitor / Air Sampling Technician services for the 3 West biplane and floor refresh project to ensure compliance with NY Code Rule 56. The contractor will provide full-time on-site monitoring, air sampling, bulk sampling, final visual inspections, and closeout reports; the period of performance is anticipated August 2026 through March 2028. Bidders must meet experience and insurance requirements and comply with stated M/WBE and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business participation goals; the response deadline is 2026-06-16.

To perform hazardous material abatement and demolition construction work on an "as needed" basis.

Roof Restoration & Asbestos Abatement.

Supply from qualified environmental response service providers for service categories: (1) hazardous materials (2) asbestos removal, maintenance and clean up (3) remediation and restoration services for fire, smoke, mold and water damage.

This is a renovation of the bathrooms and service closets on floors 4 and 5. Demolition; Install new walls, floors, doors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing equipment, plumbing fixtures, and bathroom accessories; Relocated the existing fire alarm devices for reuse where possible and install new devices; Install new radiator covers and sills; Existing HVAC systems will be adapted to accommodate for the expanded bathrooms; Install new concealed sprinkler heads; Abatement must proceed prior to installations.

Provide construction services associated with the upgrading rfk gymnasium ventilation and air conditioning system including the replacement of underground piping between buildings along with associated hazardous material abatement.

Provide construction services associated with the replacement of the high temperature hot water line between the administration building and science building with associated hazardous material abatement rooms.

Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a streamlined means to complete asbestos, Lead Based Paint (LBP), heavy metals, animal excrement and other abatement, sampling and inspection activities. The work will consist primarily of removal and disposal of asbestos and LBP containing materials, but may include heavy metals removal, mold remediation, and pigeon/rodent excrement remediation.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District 2, issued a Request for Proposals to establish a contract for environmental response services addressing hazardous materials and emergency responses at district maintenance facilities. The work includes site assessments, monitoring, sampling, decontamination, excavation, transport and disposal of hazardous materials, maintaining permits, and 24/7 emergency availability. The anticipated period of performance is 24 months and proposers must be registered in Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace and comply with applicable regulations.

The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish a contract for environmental response services related to hazardous materials. This contract aims to provide prompt and effective responses to emergency situations involving hazardous substances as detailed in the scope of services. Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on June 10, 2026.

Provide On-Call Hazardous Substance Liability Assessments (HSLA or Environmental Site Assessments), Asbestos-containing Materials and Lead-based Paint Surveys (ACM/LBP), Remedial Design, and Storm Water Management and Engineering services on an on-call or an “as needed” basis.
