The County of Lake Health Services Department is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to collaborate in providing Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) prevention and education services. The Health Services Department is receiving funds from the California Department of Public Health to support STI prevention and control activities, and a portion of those funds must be passed through to CBOs or nonprofit health care providers. Eligible activities include monitoring, prevention, testing, treatment, and linkage to and retention in care for the most vulnerable and underserved individuals living with, or at high risk for, STIs.

Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Special Education Services and related supports to students across the district for the 2026-2027 school year. The RFP seeks providers of special education services on an as-needed basis, consistent with HISD's stated improvements to its special education program for SY 2026-2027. The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of Lehman College, seeks comprehensive educational resources and testing tools to improve nursing student success, including NGN-aligned exams, simulations, and faculty training. The contract term is anticipated to be five years beginning on or after January 1, 2027, with performance at Lehman College's Nursing Education, Research and Practice Center. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience and provide supplier diversity documentation including MWBE and SDVOB utilization plans.
