This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP). The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the MN Department of Commerce, intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Up To Date, Inc. for use of PRICE Rx Pro, an Up To Date Inc product, cloud hosting services, base license fee and an annual license fee (up to 1 Authorized User). MNIT at MN Department of Commerce believes this is a single source purchase because the Minnesota statute 62J.87-96 was modified in 2023. This resulted in the creation of the Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) which supports State-level, independent, expert-led body designed to analyze, review and potentially reduce the cost of prescription medications. This board was created by the MN legislature in 2023. It requires the purchase of multiple commercial data feeds and creation of a datamart to house the data that will be used by board members to analyze drug prices. It is believed this can only be purchased through Up To Date Inc.
