Support administration in strengthening all MTSS structures strictly following the New Jersey Tiered System of Supports and Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) in New Jersey Schools model supported by Rutgers University while embedding restorative practices, PBSIS, and working within the culturally responsive framework. 4. Provide cohort training for guidance counselors, instructional coaches, teachers and administrators in the effective support and implementation of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 leadership in the area. The training areas will include no less than 10 hours per year.
