Police Station Window Replacement.

The City of Spokane, through its Police Department, issued Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP 6596-26) seeking qualified licensed mental health counselors to provide voluntary, confidential mental health checkups for police department employees to help manage stress and trauma. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City of Spokane ProcureWare portal; the solicitation includes submission instructions, clarifications deadlines, and treats resulting materials as work made for hire. The solicitation was posted in July 2026 and uses standard proposal/evaluation procedures with a specified due date in August 2026.

The City of Lewiston, Maine is soliciting sealed proposals from vendors for the supply of Police Department uniforms, including Class A Jackets, pants, shirts, utility trousers, and related accessories. Sealed bids must be received at the office of the Deputy Director of Budget and Purchasing until 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Finance Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and bidders should contact Allen Ward, Deputy Director of Budget and Purchasing, with questions about bid submission.

Procurement of police uniforms.

Colwyn Borough (Delaware County, PA) issued an IFB titled "Police Station Renovations - Phase 1" for renovation work at the Borough police station to include structural improvements, interior upgrades, and other work to bring the facility into compliance with modern standards. The solicitation requires compliance with Pennsylvania prevailing wage rules and bidder bonding (10% bid security and 100% performance bond), and the work must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The opportunity was posted in July 2026 with a non-mandatory pre-bid conference and a question deadline posted on the buyer portal; bids are due July 30, 2026.

The City of Buffalo is soliciting bids for diving equipment for the Department of Police, specifying multiple items (e.g., communications kits, masks, harnesses, lift bags) to be delivered to Buffalo Police Headquarters. The solicitation was published July 7, 2026 and the bid closes July 21, 2026 with a bid opening at 11:00 AM; the contract period is expected to run through June 30, 2027. Bidders must meet bonding and workforce/EEO/utilization requirements and follow the forms and submission instructions listed on the City of Buffalo bid posting.

The City of Columbus Division of Police is soliciting the lease and maintenance of multifunction (MFP) devices to be delivered to and operated at Division of Police locations. The procurement requests lease pricing plus maintenance/service for the devices and appears to cover delivery, placement, and ongoing maintenance for the contracted term. Responses are due July 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern (see the City of Columbus Vendor Services solicitation) and attachments are posted on the City vendor portal.

The City of Princeton, Illinois is soliciting sealed bids for the Police Department Roof Restoration Project located at 2 South Main Street, Princeton, IL 61356. The scope of work includes restoration of approximately 6,830 square feet of flat roof and 11,000 square feet of barrel roof. Sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk at City Hall by July 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

The City of Raleigh is soliciting pre-qualification forms from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of police evidence facilities for the new Raleigh Police Department Evidence Facility project (City Bid Number 274-FY2027-CM-PSSP03). The project consists of a ground-up 26,000 SF load-bearing masonry structure and a 24,000 SF pre-engineered metal building, along with finishes, sitework/utilities, and exterior improvements. Pre-qualification forms are due August 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM to Consigli Construction, with construction anticipated to start in November 2026 and an 18-month duration.

The City of Schertz, Texas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for design-build services to create a Police Department Annex within an existing county-owned building at 1052 FM 78 in Schertz. The work scope includes an evidence storage room (≈1,510 sf) with secure storage and narcotics lockers, multiple offices, a conference room, an interview room with acoustic insulation, a server/IT room, overhead garage door access and associated support areas (kitchenette, shower conversion, locker wall, workstations, and related MEP/permitting). AG|CM, Inc. is listed as the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative and the procurement was issued as an RFPQ with an estimated value range and a council award targeted for mid-September 2026.

The Sterling Police Department, through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System on BidNet Direct, is soliciting bids for the renovation and expansion of the former Colorado National Guard armory building in Sterling, Colorado. The project falls under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and covers additions, alterations, and repairs to convert the facility into police headquarters. Bids opened on June 30, 2026 and must be submitted by 3:00 PM MDT on August 4, 2026.

The Town of Lantana is soliciting construction services to renovate its Police Department Multipurpose Room into a Conference Room (10–15 capacity) and a Training Room (20–25 capacity), including purchase and installation of a folding wall system. The work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system modifications and related construction services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM local time, and proposals are due July 28, 2026.

Seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal services.

The City of Whitehall, Ohio is seeking sealed bids for the Piping Replacement Project at the Whitehall Police Department (Project Number 2026-04). The Work consists of the demo and replacement of existing hot and chilled water piping throughout the building, the replacement of cabinet unit heaters in the stairs, and HVAC additions serving the lower-level restrooms and women's locker room. Bids will be received electronically via BidExpress until 1:00 pm local time on July 29, 2026, and the total estimated cost of the Base Bid is $1,000,000.
