Police RFPs

The City of Charlotte (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department) is soliciting bids to add or replace marked and unmarked police pursuit vehicles as identified in the City’s capital equipment list. Vendors must submit proposals electronically through the City’s procurement portal (Euna/Bonfire) and are responsible for monitoring the portal for Q&A and addenda. The deadline to submit is July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and the procurement is funded through the City’s capital equipment budget.

Work consist of 715 sf of timber access pier and boat dock, 800 sf of roof structure, 14 ea of timber piles, 22 ea of concrete piles, 1 ea of security gate, 10 lf of concrete grade beam, boat lift system, electrical utilities, 280 lf of potable water line, 3 ea of mangrove replacement.

Provide police and fire uniforms. Work includes expansion and renovation of the existing police station, includes exterior and interior demolition, construction and renovations, demolition, asphalt saw-cutting, pavement patching, removal of thermoplastic, concrete curbing, pavement patching and repair, concrete sidewalks and patios, relocating light poles, new steps, railings and fencing, painting, ada ramps, parking striping, concrete ramp, privacy fencing, landscaping irrigation and other miscellaneous landscaping features.

Furnish 12 EA, Glock 17TMOS Gen5 9mm pistol and 12 EA, Ameriglo blacked out sights optic compatible set sight.

Volcanic apb law enforcement ready 29er bike (or similar item) small frame (5 0 to 5 3 qty 1 ea.

Purchase 7 EA, 52mm magnetic lens filter adapter ring; 7 EA, Camera TTL flash cord; 7 EA, USB-A 3.0 extension cable; 7 EA, USB-A 3.0 extension cable; and 7 Ea, 52mm metal lens filter cap.

Demolition of walls and equipment. Install new wood and metal stud and gypsum board walls with steel plate. Install new sloped door sill. Two (2) new wood doors in steel frames. V.C.T. and rubber flooring and rubber base. 2 x 2 acoustic tile ceiling and grid system and lights to match adjoining space. Install new electrical wall outlets and switches, exit and emergency lights. Relocate sprinkler heads to meet code. Relocation of existing aluminum and glass windows on new base partition including sealants as required. Removal of aluminum and glass entrance unit. Remove existing electronic and electrical equipment 30 days after new monitoring system is operational. Installation and repair of HVAC and electrical devices as shown on mechanical and electrical drawings. Installation of wiring and for cameras.

Provide police pursuit vehicles.

Foothill-De Anza Community College District is soliciting quotes to print and install 10 durable police patrol car decals using artwork provided by FHDA; installation must be completed at the vendor’s site and pricing must include print setup and installation. The solicitation is issued as an RFQ (Request for Quote) and bids are to be submitted electronically. The estimated value range is approximately $2,500–$7,000 and the opportunity is open with a response deadline of May 27, 2026.

Provide routine and emergency veterinary services for the police canines.

The Township of Wall (New Jersey) is soliciting sealed bids to supply complete police-department uniforms for its municipal police force, including shirts, trousers, outerwear, and accessories. Bidders must submit sealed proposals to the Finance Office and ensure delivery by the specified deadline; full specifications and documents are available from the Township's bids page. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (Bid ID 92), open as of 2026-05-14 with a closing/receipt deadline of 2026-06-04 at 2:30 PM local time.

Propvide personnel uniforms.

Supply police uniforms and duty gear. The department has approximately 80 uniformed police officers each of whom receive a yearly clothing allotment of $625.00 to purchase and replace uniform items as needed.

Providing construction management services for the police k-9 compound project.

Two (2) new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks. Brand new 2025 or newer required. Must have 4-door crew cabs. Must include upfitting for patrol functionality or have the capacity to be upfitted as a patrol vehicle. See attached file.

The Indiana State Police is soliciting proposals to provide medical, psychological, and mental health testing and services to support their health, wellness, and readiness programs. The solicitation seeks respondents experienced in medical and psychological exams and mental health services, and requests proposals consistent with the State’s procurement instructions. The City of Osage Beach is soliciting bids to supply and install specified police equipment for seven vehicles including Chevrolet Silverados, Ford Interceptor Utilities, and a Chevrolet Traverse. Required items include two-way radios, camera systems, radar units, e-ticketing printers, and vehicle-specific emergency lighting and storage. Work will be performed at the City of Osage Beach Police Department and the contract continues until all installations are completed.

The City of Columbus is soliciting proposals to supply and install artificial turf at its Police Training Academy in Ohio. The project requires durable, weather-resistant turf that meets specific safety and performance standards for law enforcement training activities. This informal procurement includes the full supply and installation at the training facility located at 1000 N. Hague Avenue.
