Provide psychological testing services for public safety (police and fire) personnel.

The Contractor agrees to buy back the Sig Sauer rifles, suppressors and UTM conversion bolts with the price being deducted from the total purchase price of the new rifles and suppressors.

The City of Raleigh is soliciting pre-qualification forms from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of police evidence facilities for the new Raleigh Police Department Evidence Facility project (City Bid Number 274-FY2027-CM-PSSP03). The project consists of a ground-up 26,000 SF load-bearing masonry structure and a 24,000 SF pre-engineered metal building, along with finishes, sitework/utilities, and exterior improvements. Pre-qualification forms are due August 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM to Consigli Construction, with construction anticipated to start in November 2026 and an 18-month duration.

The City of Spokane, through its Police Department, issued Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP 6596-26) seeking qualified licensed mental health counselors to provide voluntary, confidential mental health checkups for police department employees to help manage stress and trauma. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City of Spokane ProcureWare portal; the solicitation includes submission instructions, clarifications deadlines, and treats resulting materials as work made for hire. The solicitation was posted in July 2026 and uses standard proposal/evaluation procedures with a specified due date in August 2026.

The work shall consist of the construction of a new 60 foot by 50 foot police garage to house police cars when not in use. Work will also include new roofing and siding for the fire station and town office buildings.

Provide custodial services.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contract Office 23 (VISN 23 Midwest Health Care Network), is soliciting a request for proposals for a portable weapons training simulator system (VirTra V-100 brand name or equal) for the Fargo VA Health Care System Police Department in North Dakota. The system must be mobile-ready, support individual marksmanship training for at least two trainees, and include a library of at least 100 training scenarios.
