The commission reviewed and approved several Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) applications, including the construction of a new single-family house at 109 Union Street and the replacement of vinyl siding with hardiplank siding at 1302 Mill Street. Additionally, the commission formally entered staff-approved COA applications into the record, which included an exterior repainting project at 127 Union Street.
