City Hall Expansion and Improvements, Police Department Offices

The City of Roman Forest is soliciting sealed electronic bids for a City Hall expansion and improvements project that includes constructing a new pre‑engineered 2,000‑square‑foot metal building for police department offices with a conference room, lobby, restrooms, and refreshment center. Work includes select fill and reinforced concrete slab/foundation, metal building and architectural finishes, masonry, glazing, doors/hardware, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related items. Bids are submitted through CivCastUSA; a non‑mandatory pre‑bid is scheduled for January 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall.
