Project consists of refacing the front of the existing city building. There shall be removal of the existing wood veneer. The new face shall include stone veneer and engineered siding. The existing canopy shall include removal of the existing shingle roofing and soffit and install new metal roofing and metal soffit. Also at the canopy, the columns and beams shall be wrapped with the engineered wood to match the siding.
