Managed Print Services RFPs

The City of Saskatoon is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Print Services (MPS) providers to deliver a comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective print environment across all civic facilities. The successful proponent will be responsible for supporting the existing print fleet during a three-year phased transition, supplying and servicing new devices, and providing and implementing a replacement print management solution. Ongoing responsibilities will include the provision of consumables, maintenance and support for hardware and software, and print optimization assessments.

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), a regional tollway authority governed by Chapter 366 of the Texas Transportation Code, is soliciting proposals for Managed Print Services (MPS) to enhance print, copy, and scan solutions across its campuses through a five-year lease contract. The selected vendor will supply approximately 159 leased multi-function devices with secure network integration, advanced user authentication, secure print capabilities, and remote monitoring, plus installation and maintenance by certified technicians. The State of Colorado is soliciting vendor proposals through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet Direct's Colorado Purchasing Group) for Managed Print, Mailing, and Document Systems Equipment Lease/Support Services. The scope covers the lease of printers, multifunction devices, and document systems along with related support services for state agencies. The City of New Westminster is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide managed services for its on-premises Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) 9.2 environment with a Microsoft SQL Server backend. The successful proponent will provide ongoing operation, maintenance, and support of the City's ERP system. Proposals must be submitted through the City's bidsandtenders procurement platform by the specified closing date.

The overall goal is to create a security department that centralizes sbe cybersecurity functions, eliminates security gaps, improves cyber hygiene, and establishes clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
